Ordered nachos, wings, walleye sandwich and patty melt. Nachos lacked toppings, wings were ok and the walleye sandwich was pathetic. There was more tomato and lettuce on the sandwich than walleye. The tarter sauce was pretty weak too. Included a photo of the walleye sandwich. Overall disappointed the cooks and servers were ok bringing this food out.

Absolutely stupid!! Ordered a wrap with a side salad and an hour later nothing, NOTHING! Stoped waitress and asked her multiple times to check on it. When I finally got fed up and asked for my check, she brought me my check and ASKED ME IF I WANTED THE WRAP/salad taken off of the bill!!!!! Like what the f$ck ! Ya of course you never brought me a wrap why the hell would I pay for it. Just plain stupid. I would not recommend this place.

This place used to be the Brickhouse. I don't know any history behind the name change. But if you want some of the best pizza in the FM area this is the place to go. They have a great tap list too. I've only been here twice under the new name but both times have been great.

I have eaten here several times. Initially when they 1st opened at the Azool location in Moorhead, their pizza was really good. Today, I decided to stop for a quick bite, advertised is a pizza buffet from 11-3pm. A salad and soup also comes with the buffet and a fountain drink. The salad consists of a lettuce mix (not other toppings) and 2 types of salad dressing. The soup has usually been a bean tortilla type soup. As I stated, I have eaten there several times. Usually I go with my parents, the buffet was a good deal, something affordable (for seniors). It was so awful, i have to let others know. The salad was wilted, I didn't look at the soup, and the pizza selection was lacking. An undercooked pepperoni pizza, a mystery pizza, and 2 pizza which seemed like they were "too" specialty (something with celery and a taco pizza). I mentioned to the waiter staff the (only pizza I would even be interested in trying) crust was undercooked (my topping slid off because there was too much sauce and the crust was doughy). Their response was to the effect, that is just the "kind of crust they have", they have no other pizzas in because it "was already late" (1240-1250PM). There were 4 pizzas out (totaled, all pieces were less than 2 whole pizzas- no wonder, with strange choices). The pizza was cold and soggy. If that is how your pizza "usually" is, then I have just been lucky in the past. Maybe it was because I was the only female patron in the bar/restaurant, or the fact I am middle aged, but I will NEVER go back, my parents, after hearing this, will NEVER go back, and the family gathering I planned on holding at Hen House will be taken elsewhere. It takes one bad attitude to ruin a reputation- and they succeeded in that today.
