Jimmy John's is one place that I could never ever get sick of. I am obsessed with their #12 Beach Club, which is turkey and cheese and has avocado spread on it, can you hear the angels singing??? I wanted to review this particular JJ's because I went inside and I thought the interior was one of the coolest of any JJ's I've been to. Just check out the pics- the red lights create a very groovy vibe. It's always great to have a quicker and healthy meal option too, which is part of why I love Jj's. Their lunch box is so clutch, getting a sub, chips, a pickle and a cookie all in one!

Walked in wanting a sandwich, they asked if i had a to go order, I said no and that I just wanted to order a sandwich. After they asked me, I stood at the counter for a good 2 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. There were 5 workers, and one was making the sandwich and one was taking an order for the drive through. The guy who finally took my order again asked if i had a to go order, which i again said no. I told him I want to order and pay for a sandwich, and he seemed confused. I told him what I wanted, he finally got the hint and put in my order. I was on a time crunch, and my sandwich took over 7 minutes to receive. Unbelievable.

Over the years I have lost my faith in Jimmy John's; but moving to Moorhead and visiting this restaurant four or five times; I got it back again! The service is not always amazing, but it is accurate and freaky fast! Be proud of yourselves Moorhead; you are rocking it!!!

Usually receive the "freaky fast" treatment when ordering here, usually within a couple of minutes. But for some reason on 4/9/22, it was more of a "horrendously slow" order fulfillment. Not sure what the reason was, as there was 3-4 sandwich makers behind the counter. Took almost 20 minutes to receive my order.

Negative stars- we are literally 1 mile from them and they say we are "out of the delivery zone" just because we lIve in the better part of Moorhead. Get it together over by here jimmy johns. Some of us cannot drive at night due to eyesight issues!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! The manager obviously doesn't know anything about running a business. He refused to deliver just a few blocks beyond their so called delivery area. They have lost my business for life. Losing money for your location seems a smart business plan!

Stopped by around 1145 am today. 3 women rapidly making subs, 1 man came up to the register which I was in front of, punched in orders and then printed out 5-6 receipts and walked away. Everyone appeared to be busy, but I was not acknowledged in any way. They could have at least greeted me and let me know they would take my order when they had a moment. After 5 minutes, I turned around and walked out. Bad service. There is a Qdoba and Noodles and Company next door, so other options where your business may be appreciated.
