Visited here on 10-10 around 4pm. Food was good and timely no complaints about the visit. More importantly when I left I forgot my phone in the booth/table and didn't notice for 20+minutes later. We called and the worker retrieved it and held it for my return. Thank you very much for honesty and doing the right thing

I stopped at the drive through, and as soon as I pulled up the man working the drive through was already rude. Did not great me. Was rushing me.. I get to the window and he was even more rude. Didn't say please or thank you AT ALL. Shoved the bag in my face. And slammed the window. Didn't say have a good day or anything. The customer service is HORRRIIIBLE! I see why they need workers so bad because nobody wants to work with rude employees. The food on the other hand was FRESH AND HOT! So props to that. But work on ya customer service skills and your manners.

I am updating my review. We recently went through the drive through, very wary as to our last visit was awful. To my delight, I think there are either new owners and/or managers. From the dude in the drive through, to the quantity/quality of food was fantastic! Great job peeps!!

Service can be hit and miss as far as to how you are treated. There is one store in Moorhead, MN, where, once you get to the window, they take your card, slam the window shut, give your card back and then give you the food without as much as a hello or thank you. So rude. As far as the food goes, the potato bowl is my food of choice there but my whole family loves everything there.

As always probably the cleanest and most pleasant kfc , I have been too. Food both times I have visited has been above what I thought . Employees are very nice ! Great place to grab some yard bird !

Barely any food on the buffet and what was there was old and drying out. Was not worth the money.

Never again, this is the third time. They are consistently bad! Cold food that should be hot, but yesterday topped it. Went the drive thru, home opened the box finding chicken that was over cooked, dark and greasy. I ordered original, it did not resemble original at all. Wasn't extra crispy either. Potatoes and gravy looked like they had been dished up hours before. Biscuit was dry and hard. Previous trips were problematic but this was the worst. I'm done with them.

I frequently go here and every time i go there are dirty tables which is understandable if its just 1 or 2 during lunch hour. But today i went after the lunch hour and there was no clean tables. We asked a worker to clean one and he handed me the rag to wash off a table. When he took our order he was speaking so fast i couldn't understand a word he said. Then when i got my food, i ordered the famous bowl. It was luke warm and the chicken was cold.
