Used to be really good, but now every order is messed up. Continuously will forget items for my bowl but when I order another item, those missing items will end up in the burrito. Complained before and said would be handled but obviously not. Will not be coming back.

Worst experience ever!!!! Visited today (Sun, 10/1/23) at about 12:30. Bathroom was not clean, trash can over flowing, no paper towels. The checkout area was filthy. I told the person as the register that he should get it cleaned up. He basically shrugged his shoulders and ignored me. Drink area was also filthy and there were no napkins. Asked the person at the register for napkins. He sent someone out to look for some. The guy looked under the drink stand and couldn't find any so he went and got a half roll of bathroom towels. I asked him to wipe the area and he mumbled something and walked away. And to top it off I was less than comfortable with the guy with a scraggly beard making my bowl! People are still using the excuse that it is hard to find employees, but there were plenty of employees there, just none that gave a damn! I eat regularly at the Qdoba in Willmar, MN and have never had a bad experience there. And I plan to come often to this area because my niece just started college at Concordia. Sad, but I will never go back to this one!

Food was good, but small -- took maybe 4 medium-sized bites and was able to finish it. Ordered online, and it was done before I got there, and I got there a little early. People working seemed to be laughing at me as I got there, though, so that's not great.

As far as fast food Mexican goes, Q'Doba is the place to go. I've been there a handful of times a while back but hadn't returned after having to go gluten free. What to my pleasure though, to see that they do in fact have some gluten free options! Yay! Sticking with the white tortillas and black beans for their super tasty burrito allows me to get my Mexican fix in when I'm in a hurry! Any of the meats are gluten free and all good (I'm partial to the ground beef though and almost always get that). Add in guac, sour cream, white rice, and some salsa rojo . . . and you're good to go. Before having to live in gluten free land, I would get their chips and cookie for dessert. They're both really good, but alas . . . no more for me. It's not the same as an authentic, sit-down Mexican restaurant meal; but when you're in a crunch for time and want some good burritos, come down to Q'Doba!

Very friendly staff. They can get super busy at lunchtime but that's expected and probably because it's the best location in the FM area in my opinion. The line still moves pretty fast even when busy. I often drive out of my way to get to this location over other Qdoba locations in town.

I ate here a few weeks ago while hanging out with my fiance and it ruined the rest of our day. My stomach was so upset and barely got any rest that night. I hadnt eaten since breakfast and even my fiance got sick after. Fast service but am not sure if i would eat there again.

Really... The fancy soda machine was broken and the girl behind the counter knew it, and continued to sell soft drinks. The response was like (and this was after purchase), "you just have to hold your cup to the top, it's going to spray all over the place but it still works." Great.. Not only did I get a soda but I got to wear it with my cup full of soda foam. People that ordered after me were sold soda cups and had the same ordeal. Am I going to let the actions of one bonehead employee ruin the review of this place? Because of the level of incompetence shown, absolutely!
