The service was quick and easy! My sandwich was in my hand about 5 mins after ordering it. The employee who made my sandwich was super nice! But the only thing that made me question coming back was that when the employee was making my sandwich he was swatting flies away from my sub and the other sandwich meats and veggies. When I went to fill my cup up with ice I was just about to stop the ice when a huge black unknown thing maybe mold or mildew covered ice landed in my cup. I threw the cup out and decided I didn't need a drink because I was so grossed out from the ice I couldn't even think about drinking the soda alone without ice because i wondered how dirty the machine was.

I have been to many subways and currently am on my 8th year of employment at a subway. I always look forward to subway when I have the chance to go. This is by far the worst sub I've ever had. The bread is stale and not tasteful as it usually is. The cookies were not great compared to the usual cookie I would get. The service is exceptional. The employees are friendly and honest workers, although they did not greet the customer when they walked in. The ambiance is decent but not that great compared to other subways. My personal recommendation would be go here only if it's your last resort. Fortunately there's better places to eat.

Went to this location (by myself) after working a hockey tournament last Friday, Aug 18. Business hours say it's open until 10p but it should say 930p so the employees are gone by 10p. I arrived at 938p in the drive thru. I waited in the drive thru for about 3 mins before pulling up to the drive thru window. Nobody in sight despite all the lights on in the restaurant, menu board and two cars parked in the lot. Had to resort to a pre-made grocery store sandwich. NOT good customer service at all.

On January 30th at 5:30 I went to this location where they told me I could use multiple coupon when I ordered. I went up to the window and they told me I could only use one. This worker then said that I could either pick a coupon or I will make you leave. This is very unprofessional to tell me one thing and then say another and then tell me he will MAKE me leave. Not happy with the service here and I won't be returning.

Very disappointed in my experience. I ordered online through the app and paid extra for delivery. After waiting an excruciating hour (I was already hangry) I decided to call and check on the status of our order. They told us our order had been ready for who knows how long waiting for pickup. I also placed our order under my name and somehow it was under someone else's name. I ended up driving to pick up our FREEZING subs that were supposed to be toasted because they had been sitting for so long. After talking with the employees about getting my $15 delivery fee refunded, they took down my number to call me the next day about figuring it out. I was expecting them to offer to make fresh subs or maybe give a coupon of some sort?? Well, here I am 3 days later still waiting on a call. Great job Subway!

I have been going to this Subway since shortly before COVID in 2020. They have stuck with grind and the hardships of everything. Their Customer Service is is always friendly, decent and welcoming. They have such strong integrity on troubleshooting any items. Their speed is fast. During lunch rushes they have gotten me taken care in 5-10mintues with cars ahead of me. The cookies are fresh, and I love all the 3packs of chocolate chip I take back to the office. 1st rate Subway! These guys go the mile!!

I try and stay in Fargo when I go to Subaway but every once in awhile I venture to the Moorhead side. I have not been having the best of luck with customer experiences at the 19th N Fargo subway, so I was hoping to have a better experience today. I went through the drive through, was immediately greeted from a female member, with a very friendly " you are the 2Nd customer in line, we will be with you shortly" I think it was only a few minutes wait, and I was greeted once again with a friendly team member. This time it is was a young man who took my order! He was very patient and took his time understanding what l was ordering and was extremely friendly. When I pulled up to get my food, once again was greeted with a friendly smile and great customer service! I would like to add, they had a buzy lobby, a few cars in line and a lobby full of customers. I believe it was just the two of them! Well done, Professional sandwich makers! You two are going places!
