The Polite Pig is a Quick Service BBQ restaurant located on the Eastern side of Disney Springs.

The atmosphere is very nice, a lot of room in the establishment with a nice terrace as well as friendly staff. Food came out quite quickly.

The bbq platters are pretty good. We got an assortment of meats, and they were cooked well, with a nice deep flavor in their roasts. The portions are a bit smaller than I would've expected, but it's reasonably priced. The meats were cut nicely and uniformly, not too heavy or fatty feeling. The sides were pretty good as well.

BEST QSR ON PROPERTY!!!! If you're looking for a sit-down location while also being quick service this is the place. The food was so good. Not greasy. Not heavy. Reasonably priced. We got 3 entrees and 2 sides for 5 adults at lunchtime, and it was the perfect amount of food. We didn't need a wheelbarrow to get us out ruining our day by feeling over fed. While it wasn't so small we left with black eyes from fighting over scraps. We never touched any sauces because the food was that good and needed nothing added. There was seating which was big. Because plenty of places on property leave you standing in the middle of dining room with your food getting cold looking around and praying to the table gods that something will open before the second coming. A must eat spot.

We were in Disney Springs and stumbled upon The Polite Pig near the Lime Garage entrance, and it turned out to be a great lunch spot!

The atmosphere was really nice, with both indoor and outdoor seating that made it feel relaxed and welcoming. We chose to sit indoors, where it was cool and comfortable.

I went for the pulled pork and brisket combo, which came with cornbread and mac and cheese, plus I couldn't resist ordering a margarita. The pulled pork was fantastic! It paired perfectly with all the different sauces they offered, adding a nice kick. The brisket was interesting too; I think it had a coffee rub on it, giving it a unique flavor that I enjoyed.

As for the margarita, it leaned a bit too heavily on the grapefruit flavor, which overpowered the alcohol. It was refreshing but not quite what I was hoping for. The mac and cheese and cornbread were decent but didn't stand out as much as the meats. They were fine, but I was expecting something a little more memorable.

Overall, The Polite Pig delivered a solid meal in a fun setting. If you're in the area, it’s definitely worth stopping by for some good BBQ and a laid-back vibe!

I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. The line to get in was really long and really worth the wait. Obviously everyone in the area knows how great this restaurant is. This was no doubt the very best BBQ ribs I've ever had in 60 years of eating bbq. I also thought the Mac and cheese was the best I've had. It seemed funny to have such unbelievable food in the Disney area. I don't know a bunch about The Polite Pig, but I did see a Michelin sign inside. Which they should have! The food was fabulous and the service very friendly and fast. The line moved very quickly, and it was definitely worth the wait.  They also have an amazing bourbon and whiskey selection. The likes that you don't usually find in a regular restaurant or bar. I cannot recommend The Polite Pig enough! Go out of your way to eat here because it's worth it! I live in Idaho and I've already invited my entire family to go back to Orlando with me for The Polite Pig.

I was extremely impressed with the flavor and quality of the food! I ordered the salmon, corn muffin, cole slaw, tomato-watermelon-feta salad as my side, and a Sweet Tea Old Fashioned. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. I couldn’t believe this all counted as just one quick service meal on the Disney Dining Plan—what an incredible value! The food quality rivals many table-service options at Disney, making this one of the best quick-service spots, where you get your most bang for your quick service dining plan buck.
