Customer service is outstanding. The baristas are friendly and make wonderful drinks. Great selection of pastries and other baked goods. Of all the places I’ve had coffee at in Portland, Heart has some of the best tasting beans. Highly recommended

We didn’t try any of the food but it looked really good and they had unique options. However, the hospitality here is fantastic. The fella at the register (I did not get his name but he was wearing a Drug Church hat, and that band is fantastic) is great. My husband and I watched him connect with regulars and connect with seemingly new customers during each transaction. He is a gem and makes people feel welcome off the spot. The coffee was pretty dang good and we really liked the interior of the place. This is a great coffee shop!

Serving great tasting coffee, ample seating with an open space design, very clean shop. Although I can only visit them on special occasions due to cost being a bit on the high side. But hey - you got to treat yourself sometimes.

Came here in between work meetings. I didn’t do research ahead of time that they didn’t have wifi. But honestly, it wasn’t a big deal. I just ended up using my hotspot to check email and found myself just wanting to enjoy my tea. I appreciate the coffee shop trying to encourage an atmosphere where you’re talking to each other and enjoying your coffee. I was impressed by the barista’s knowledge about tea. Most places I go to will BOIL the water and thus burn the tea. Not here. Perfect temperature and set up for my green tea. Will definitely be coming back.
