I spent a lot of time fretting over where I should go on my birthday for a chef's menu dinner, and Le Pigeon lived up to the hype. It is definitely in my top three dining experiences. We opted for the wine pairing and the supplemental course, and I do not regret it. Every dish was exceptional! The wine was paired with a purpose, and everything worked so well together. I wasn't sure i'd like this particular cuisine, but everything had immense flavor/acidity to make you want more. I particularly loved the brine of the venison heart and the crunch of the broccoli. By the end of the 6 courses, I was very satisfied. My partner struggled near the end to finish everything, but as someone with a bigger appetite it worked out well for me! Overall Le Pigeon is a 9.4/10 for me.

We had gone to celebrate our anniversary and reserved a head of time and did the chefs tasting menu, and it was phenomenal. Every course was spaced out just right, the wait staff was like a well oiled machine and didn't miss a beat. There was a time where they had even refilled my water without me even noticing. The staff was amazing.
The atmosphere was very relaxed, they had some music playing low in the background for ambiance and it fit perfectly with the overall feel of the restaurant. I 100% recommend everyone eat here at least once in their life.

What an experience! The food was unique and well designed. Each dish had a great flavor. We loved every dish! The wine pairing was well thought out and each went well with the corresponding dish. The staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Great venue for food lovers and for a special occasion.

It’s been years since I’ve been here, and had not yet tried their Chef’s Menu. It was absolutely delicious! It’s a small intimate restaurant with fantastic service. We also did the reserve wine pairing with the food. For you red wine drinkers you might want to ask about the pairings because we only had 1 red wine. The pairings were delicious. I highly recommend.

Not sure what I expected but that meal definitely blew my mind. Perfect place to celebrate a birthday, the counter was fun since we were able to look into the kitchen. The servers were super helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely can't afford to eat here often but happy to have had the experience.
