Smörgås var lite annorlunda än gyros som vi hade haft tidigare. I stället för skivor av marklamm kom köttet som små bitar av lamm (som en kyckling shawarma). Som ett resultat hade den en annan (och tilltalande) textur jämfört med marklambben.

Gyros smörgås började med en väldigt frisk pitabas och fylldes med lammet, inlagda grönsaker (liknande en mild italiensk Giardiniera), grillade lök, sallad och en sås som påminner om grekiska tzatsiki.

Lyckligtvis hade Small Pharoah några platser och en bänkskiva till sidan, så vi kunde sitta ner för att äta.
