I had reserved a car to pick up at this location after getting off a cruise and had chosen to return at the airport. When we got to this location, there were only two people working. There were a few people in line ahead of us but they worked to get the line down. They did try to upsell everyone ahead of me and try to talk them into it which always bugs me because I just want to get my car and go. However, when I got up to the front, they were very professional and polite. I had a large car already reserved so there was no need to try and upsell. So they told me the process to go get the car and how to get out of the garage. Pretty easy and everything went smoothly with the rental and return. Enterprise is always easy. Would use again.

Wonderful experience at this Enterprise location! Quick and easy to get our car with an online reservation. The young man who checked us out was polite and friendly. He was very patient explaining some of the newer devices on the car. And at checkout, J. was so kind and helpful. We appreciated his kindness very much. The location is fantastic as we took the light rail from the airport to downtown and only walked a short distance to the lot. It is a bit tricky to get in and out of the place, but they provide excellent instructions.

This location was fantastic, the young man that checked me in was excellent, very polite, helpful, explained everything in detail. The equipment they gave me was top notch, ran perfectly, very clean. When I was finished and returned the car a young man named Micha was very personable, asked how rental was and asked if he could do anything else to help. I had an excellent experience with this whole process. Highly recommend you give them a try. You can drop off 24/7 also.

Insurance reserved a car for me but when I arrive the person working told me they didn't have any cars. The guy I talked to was incredibly rude and condescending when I asked to see if another location would have a car. He basically told me to Google enterprise and call around. Horrible service and a horrible system for reservations. Avid enterprise at all costs. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

Had a good experience at this Enterprise. I reserved a car online and when I arrived to pickup the car, the process went smoothly. I was served by Ethan. He was nice and wasn't pushy when it came to the optional damage waivers. This Enterprise location is located on a corner, but can be confusing to find as their cars are located in a parking garage and there is a rental counter there too. If you rent from this location, you have to go inside to the location on the corner and then once you pay for your rental, they will send you to the garage. The rental rate was great and I would use this location again.

Xavier Saenz at this Enterprise office is awesome! We rented our car at the Portland airport and drove it up to Seattle from there after driving around Oregon looking at colleges. I have never been to Seattle so I didn't know what to expect and thought we would be able to get around without a car, so I originally planned to drop it off after our first day here...boy was I naive! I rented the car through my credit card travel and got a really good deal for the week we originally needed it, but when I looked online to add 2 more days, it was half as much as it was for the whole week we already rented it. I couldn't justify spending that much for 2 extra days, including paying for valet at our hotel, compared to how much it was for the whole week so we ended up bringing it to this office as planned, hoping we could work something by out to keep it longer. I explained our situation to Xavier and he worked with us so we could afford to keep the car another 2 days. He was so patient with me and accommodating. Having the car these extra 2 days really made our trip to Seattle so much better than it would've been if we had to continuously take Ubers or taxis. Also, when we first drove the car out of the covered lot at the Portland airport, we noticed scratches all over the dashboard that we didn't see when we first got in the car, so we couldn't alert the Enterprise employee about it. We immediately took photos and called the Enterprise help line within minutes of driving off with the car and told a lady on the phone about the scratches and she said she would note it but she was really rude and basically hung up on us after we told her about the scratches. Xavier was so nice and understanding. We showed the scratches and the time stamped photos on our phones to him and he made sure to take note of it. I have rented with Enterprise in the UK and here in the states, and I will continue to use them whenever I need a car while traveling! Thank you Xavier!

The only thing that was rough about this reservation was the line in office. Don't blame them since I was in line with a bunch of my fellow cruise passengers, fresh off the ship from Alaska, needing a ride home. The man at the counter was super friendly and a little too chatty, but that beats the indifference and sometimes outright hostility you get at other car rental companies. Once I was at the head of the line, I got great service and was soon in my car and out the parking structure. Recommendation from me is that if you are getting off a cruise ship and have 7 people in your party, get the passenger van instead of a minivan. Even though half of our party didn't have their luggage because we had Port Valet take their bags to the airport, the mini van wasn't large enough for 7 passengers, two wheelchairs, 5 suitcases, and everyone's carryons. We made it work, but it was a tight squeeze, with carryons stowed under foot. Don't cheap out like I did and get the right vehicle for your needs. The garage is open 24/7, so I was able to return the vehicle right after I dropped my relatives off at the airport after a day of sightseeing.

Over the phone I was told I could rent a vehicle out of state with a debit card as long as it was attached to a bank account. I get there and I was told that is not the case and the call center has been providing the wrong information. So here I am with no car and 2 young children. Also after waiting in line for nearly an hour because only 2 people were checking in guest. I'll never rent with enterprise again. They didn't care that I was stranded with 2 kids out of state and it's the weekend so there aren't many options.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this location. I get it, renting cars is hard... so much can go wrong with vehicles that general public drives like they just don't care. My first rental SUV was beautiful and clean, but oh my... this baby on the road wanted to drive it self onto the sidwalk, talk about a messed up alignment. So I returned it within minutes and they promptly got me into another... which was ok... except for the wipers were bent and smacked the a pillar each time they wiped, it also has some weird stumbling issues with the engine, and lastly some kind of marker on the hood with the statement "hood does not open"... well I guess that explains why the engine has a little tick to it each time you start the baby up "blown engine maybe"? Or at least heading in that direction! All to follow up on my final day of rental, this vehicle had expired plates to my surprise and I received a parking citation. (ouch Enterprise)! I contacted the store, and I want to be clear... the staff was super friendly and understanding, minus an apology.... Lets see what happens a few months later if they actually pay this citation and or try and bill me?! So take your gamble, and as usual, take photos, videos, and document each time you rent a car and if your lucky... maybe all will end will and or well... Ok I digress.

I would recommend you do not rent from Enterprise. I rented a vehicle from their Seattle National facility. At the point of rental - they quoted me ~$300 as the price. When I returned the vehicle they charged me $1000. I highlighted this at the time of the return - they said they'd fix it, but did not. I called the agency several times to resolve but they would not do anything about it. Ultimately, I disputed the charge with my credit card agency - who ruled in my favor. The agency regardless pushed my account to collections and put a block on my ability to rent with all of their agency. I reached out to Enterprise to fix this, but they would not do anything till I pay them the unfairly charged rental. Unfortunately the company lacks ethics. Honestly, Good Riddance @Chris - Happy to call them (I just did today as well), but the call center person said there was nothing they could do. Happy to send you all the documentation if you can provide me with an email Id or a direct contact - over a call center (they're providing scripted responses).
