Good food & helpful folks. I took my granddaughters in for lunch. Manager assisted us - I use a cane and had one younger kid with me. She went out of her way to get us seared and served. Thank you!

I've been to almost every McDonald's in the Philadelphia area and this one is the absolute worst one. I decided to try it again for the first time in years after driving out of the way to avoid and it's still horrible.

Damn McDonald's, I went to two of your stores today because of my kids. And let me tell you this. You need improvement. Every table is dirty. The soda area is a disgrace. And while trying to order not one employee would give me attention. You guys are slow but surely making a name for yourself as the ghetto fast food burger joint. It's clear with the increase in prices and decline in service, that customers come last... Oh I made the mistake of posting the review, prior to getting my food which was a mistake. So when you eat in and select a table it says they'll bring you your food. Our food sat there as the incompetent workers yelled the number. When I realized that they didn't understand their job the food was cold. And to top it off they didn't give me my cup. Once again, my DoorDash driver waited WAY too long for an order (45 min.) and I had to cancel it due to limited time at work for my lunch break. Unacceptable!

Ordered through doordash, had three dashers arrive to the establishment to pickup the order. Neither one was able to pick up the order because it had been stolen. The door dasher asked if it could be remade for me and the staff refused. A couple of times before, the staff was rude as well.Never order here ever.

Parking took forever, the place is a mess, and the service sucks. The drive thru is in the way of going to park. When the store is crowded and the drive thru builds up, you have to wait in the drive thru to park. On the inside, fries and drinks spilled. Crumbs everywhere, on tables, seats, and the floor. Disgusting place. Floor is also very sticky. Service sucks. Took forever to get my food after we ordered. Food was okay, about average for a Mcdonald's.

Manager was such a bitch. I asked if I could purchase more sauces because I forgot to on the add and instead she took out the sauces that i already paid for and put in the new ones. Then I asked for the ones I already paid for and asked again if I could purchase and she was like no. The lady made no sense. The lady working at the drive though was so sweet though. Manager was horrible.
