Excellent service and the food was great!! Super quick and very well staffed, everyone was awesome. This place got a major upgrade compared to a few years ago

Complete shit! First we wait 35 minutes for our order to be told "The computer went down and erased our order and they are working to rush it to our table" then after another 20 minutes some old dude comes up and says they are having trouble and when I try to ask him how long he wanders off and ignores me. Then after another 20 Minutes a "New" manager is supposedly making our food herself because I commented that everyone that came in after us already has food, I asked if it was just me. Then the food comes out and my food is ice cold!! After more than 45 minutes wait, two sets of lies...my food is cold and shit! Best part??!! I still got charged??!! Don't come here unless you hear they close and reopen with managers that can actually do their job and care about their customer. Go literally anywhere else!!!

I ordered French Onion Soup and it took 10 minutes for it to come half way full, I ask nicely to fill it up and they bring the same exact half filled soup another 10 minutes. And then the Kitchen Manager came and talked to us and she's trying to tell us a story on how poorly they serve soup. I don't like my dine in here at all. They look into your eyes and lie with no shame, I don't wanna drink half full soup I pay $9-$10 for. Unbelievable...

Had the best time at the bar as we waited for the Phillies game to come on. Friendly patrons and good food. Out of my favorite Troegs brew but enjoyed a cold Voodoo Ranger.

Food was Good. Service was good. Now some malnutrition slim Modern Day European Host/ Manager was very disrespectful ( verbal ). I ignored the Tough Guy. He is working with and or for a Dirty COP. Never get into it with a Dirty COP or a C.I. I'm not a COP or A Criminal. I would rather let Internal Affairs handle that stuff. Also if he is part of some Fraternal Order they get this review to. I got a couple other stores to do reviews about. Not just yours. Blame the Dirty Cops or His Lodge or Order.

My family and I have gotten sick on multiple Occasions. All you can eat offerings keep getting smaller and take longer to be served. Gave it many chances but will not go back

I ordered 4 burgers on "Burger Tuesdays" and 3 of the burgers I picked up were raw. I called and spoke to the manager "Craig" and he asked for my address and said he'd "make it right" but I don't know what that means as he didn't elaborate. I paid for 4 burgers that were barely cooked. It's not only disappointing but dangerous.

I loved their quesadilla cheese burger it was absolutely delicious, and they're super fast when you order online for pickup. The only thing I don't love are the prices, they're a little high in my opinion. Overall though I was happy with my meal.

This is a very clean and well run Applebees. The manager was very kind, and jumped in to do every job (bussing tables, seating, grabbing a high chair), which was nice to see. Our serve John was nice and very efficient. I also want to add, it's nice to see so many kids meal options for barely $7. My son loved the kids pizza, and our meals were also delicious.

I am not a huge Applebees fan - it's pretty low on the list of chain restaurants I like and I generally go for cheap drinks or apps. My mom and I decided to stop at this location because we were hungry and in the area and this was one of few restaurants around. I actually really enjoyed this Applebees it was slightly larger than my local one and our waitress, Destiny, was super sweet and attentive and answered any and all questions we had. I had decided to try and get something 'lighter' and asked about the Southwest Chicken Bowl irresist-a-bowl and she described it as a chipotle bowl and something that was highly popular. I ordered that and it was actually really good. Lots of chicken and not overly heavy a good sized portion but not huge. If I ever find myself at an Applebees again I'll remember to order that. All in all, one of the better Applebees I've been to and again - nice waitress and surprisingly good food!
