1- when you pull in to the drive-thru there is an automated voice that tells you to pull forward to the next screen. The next screen, however, is cracked and doesn't work. We couldn't see the menu. Luckily, no one was behind us so we could back up and see the previous menu. The employee was a bit rude about it too. My husband told him the screen was black and said "sorry there's nothing I can do about that, what can I get for you?" My husband said "I need to back up and look at the previous menu." Employee said "you do that." 2- we ordered a chicken nugget happy meal for my son. We get home and there are NO chicken nuggets in his happy meal box. Just fries, the toy and sauce for the nuggets that weren't there. Not cool, McDonald's.

More than half my order was missing. I ordered pick up through my app they never brought it out.... I tried calling the location and number was not in service. So I'm legit SOL on items on my order and have to eat the cost cause the app has no way to report missing items.....

The service and ambiance I experienced at this location was EXCELLENT, thank you! The food was beyond my expectation: I asked for "extra lettuce" and was given EXTRA lettuce overflowing:-)

I ordered a double cheese burger, double filter of fish, large fries and large vanilla shake on 04-23-25 at approximately 1000pm. I didn't check the order till I got home. When I opened the bag, the filet of fish was a single sandwich. I immediately returned to the store to get the correct order. The night manager claimed i was lying about the filet of sandwich and claimed it was a double that was placed in the bag. So what did i do with the other filet. It was a useless waste of time arguing with this moron, who basically was calling me a liar. I admittedly called her a few choice words which i now regret, but I'll be damned if I'm paying$20 for overpriced food which was not received as ordered, that somebody is going to basically call me a liar. Will not return to this establishment. Now I know why I have ordered fast food since covid.

The staff was very nice and willing to keep checking on you. My friend placed a mobile order for me to pick up at the store. Somehow another customer claimed that. One employee saw that I was still standing there waiting for my order for at least 15mins, she immediately tries to assist me first before the other orders. At least she is trying to get my order so I can head off and not giving me attitude.

I just visited this establishment the other night, very unprofessional. We waited in line for about 20 minutes firstly, waiting patiently. The cash register girl held the line up to have a 5 minute conversation with one of the customers. I received the wrong size drink and wasn't given any sauce. Me and my wife were very upset, we won't be coming back.

We arrived with our young child 1 hour before closing time with the hope of dining inside and found the door was locked. We stood in front of the door reading the business hours posted on it and were approached by a staff member who was sweeping. He yelled at us that they were closed. We nodded and understood, but pointed to the hours which said they closed at 10pm and indicated that it was only 8:50pm. He continued to yell at us that they were closed in a very harsh and angry tone and brought his face up to the glass and stared us down until we stepped away. He didn't help us clarify if the drive-through was still open or why the dining room was closed early. Totally unnecessary aggression and disrespect towards customers, especially in front of a child. We left without even attempting the drive-through because we were so turned off by the treatment.

Dined in the morning of July 13, 2024. The manager, a large black woman with a beard was rude and unprofessional. Talking back to customers. Just because she or he was overwhelmed does not give her the right to come at me for feeling for ketchup with my hand under the small counter. That's where they keep it, it's normally kept inches from that exact spot on top of the counter top surface. As I walked away she started cursing me. I asked for a stirrer for my coffee, I got ignored, then I asked another worker and the manager yelled "I gotta go to the back to get it, hold on!" I witnessed other disappointed and frustrated customers whose order they got wrong. I've been a loyal customer since the 1970s. Never again.
