HORRIBLE! I door dashed from here and the food came very bad and there was 2 bugs in the beverage. I'm so glad I opened the cup but this was honestly so disgusting. Don't trust whoever prepares these things. Guess this is my sign to not eat fast food.

Excellent drive thru service. Placed a $50 order, was accurate and ready in 3 minutes. Did not have to repeat the order, would come to this location again. Love the vintage sign with the large 'M' arches.

I give this McDonald a 0 rating. Workers are very rude, gave me the wrong order and over charge for my order. When I went back to get the correct order the half of the workers didn't understand English, then they laugh in my face and notice food was cold. They was speaking Spanish/ Mexicans with acting with no experience, no class , no education the worse is there behavior was unacceptable. And manager was there and laugh along with them. I will not be returning to this McDonald's and I hope cooperate see this because this will be my next step to reach out to them and report what happened to me and what I have observed. Don't be surprised if ICE walks in there and let's see who will be laughing then. Very disappointed, not professional at all.​

No refill really made me sad, I had a very long day in my tigger costume.The food was good but still no refill I don't think this is nice as I could get drink and refill any other Mac Donald's, for the future I hope you guys fix this mistake .

First off I would like to say is that the old Russian lady I think who is the manager with the short low cutt. Yeah her yeah no I went to go get breakfast and without her telling me she got me wrongfully palying somebody else order.So I'm waiting and waiting she said give me your card for a refund I said okay.She said okay now pay again now mind you the refund doesn't hit until the next business day. I didn't have any money left over after they took the first payment I had just enough for my original order at the time. So I said I don't have it you took my last and we going back and fourth well she said if you don't have money get out the line you get nothing. That was very rude of her she shut her window in my face and I drove off I don't know who has to see this but that old Russian "manager" that's always there every morning very disrespectful how u get me to wrongfully pay somebody else order and you not even paying attention the computers and asking me what I order you asked me after you gave me my refund back . paid the wrong one I said I don't have any more money and now your being disrespectful to me in my face and slammed the window as well very disrespect.I will be calling corp tomorrow because at this point it's not about the food it's about how u went by it and that was very disrespectful you do not need to be manager you supposed to accommodate the customer when u slip up and you didn't do any of that but be rude and nasty.

Very clean location and nicely renovated. Surprised no one is inside when it's around 6ish pm. There were only a few cars at drive thru too. Another thumbs up is a very nice staff who assisted me once I walk in.

This location has people taking orders that don't even speak English. Order completely wrong. Put someone on the window who actually speaks English when dealing with English speaking customers.

This store was recently remodeled and it looks nice but is so poorly managed that it's not worth your time. Went through the drive through a few months ago and it was a disaster! The cashier couldn't give us the correct change the person giving us the food kept giving us someone else's order. Today we tried going into the restaurant but it was no better. There is nobody to take your order so you order on a kios. The drive thru orders kept going out while we continued to wait. A manager finally gave me our shakes and food but said he was waiting on fries. Next thing I know he is on the phone and my fries are going to drive thru customers. I asked another worker (who was all attitude) and she went and told him instead of just getting me the fries. The same worker came back a few minutes later and said we are waiting on fries. I waited for the next basket of fries and again they went out the drive thru window. A young girl came in to say she went through the drive thru and didn't get fries. We both waited, waited and finally I said just give me my money back (our shakes we melting and our food was getting cold). The same worker who was purposely ignoring me said well the fries and are done. I said I know but nobody will get them for me. She stomped over and got me fries. There were two managers one was the phone the whole time and the over one wouldn't even look at me or the crowd growing behind me. If one person would have apologized or even been polite I wouldn't have been so annoyed. But again it is managed so poorly that the employees are not trained to handle customer service issues. The kids working there are only going to be as good as the management team (who should be an example). The managers were oblivious to the issue going on in the dining room and I watched people come in look around and walk right back out! Hopefully they can do better in the future.

Do not ever go to this location. Food is never fresh and the drivethru is not open 24/7 like it is clearly stated on the building.
