Went to Panera for the first time in a long time. Did take out and ordered the half sandwich (tuna)/ salad. I was pleased at the amount of tuna on the sandwich. Much better than visits around the time I wrote the original review. Both the sandwich and salad were good, although I would have preferred more salad dressing.

I'm not sure what happened to this place. As you see, I left a 5 star review prior. I went here for a salad yesterday and this is how it looked. I've attached a their pic for reference.

The cashier was patient and friendly. The food was mediocre. The most important piece is the unsanitary conditions. This place is disgusting! The bathroom is filthy nasty, there is no way it has been cleaned in months - sh*t up the walls and all over fixtures and floors. Looking into the prep area is not advised - yikes.

This has to be a joke. Their new Garden Avo & Egg White Sandwich for $6.59 during breakfast hours. What is this. Disgrace. How is this advertised avocado sandwich when there's that tiny piece of moldy avocado in it. I knew it wasn't going to be good once I opened it from the wrapper. But I took a bite anyways since I was hungry and already bought it. Once I bit into it, there was an awful taste! That's when I realize the moldy avocado.. how gross. Panera is serving moldy items?

A little late to the ball game for Panera. Despite it being around for so long and me driving past them for years. Today, with a soup craving kicking in I decided why not give them a try. Let me start by saying I am in no way a Starbucks girlie or Cyber Cafe chic- but the setting here makes me want to be one of those people. Quietly tucked away at one of the cozy tables typing away on their next novel. The way the light just danced across the window seats and the delicate lighting throughout the dining area makes for a comfortable, quiet place to ponder your next chapter. In life and in prose. The food. Was somewhat overpriced for the fare. Not as quality as I would have wanted but on par with fast food in the area. He was not so thrilled with the new ciabatta melt feeling it was sparse in filling and dull on flavor. My half and half combo of soup and sandwich was disappointing as well with my grilled cheese boasting way more bread than cheese (processed singles I suspect) and my tomato soup had chunks of tomato that ruined the texture for me. The unlimited drink bar is a plus if you're planning on doing any remote work with all the sodas typical of a fountain and lemonades and teas at the ready. More stars for the ambiance and comfort. Not for the food itself.

I was waiting around for 20 minutes to get my order taken and I had to walk out cause I was running late for work, but there was nobody at the cash register helping the line of people and it was such a very bad experience and has been like that for a bit Not just one time

It's obvious there has been change happening here ~ it was nice to see a selection of bakery items still fresh and waiting even though it was 4:00 on a Saturday afternoon. This store seemed much cleaner than on previous visits ~ and we were greeted by a very polite, caring server who seemed very happy to take our order. The Homestyle Chicken Noodle soup tasted perfect ~ plenty of chicken, noodles, carrots... it really hit the spot. The Mexican Street Corn Chowder soup was better than expected ~ the ingredients tasted fresh, plenty of potatoes, corn, spicy poblano peppers. The turkey and cheddar sandwich was very good. Everything you would expect on a well made sandwich ~ thickly sliced cheddar, sliced turkey, greens, tomatoes, garlic aioli. Their prices seem a little on the high side but this always seems to be the case when choosing quality over quantity.

The food is always excellent... however the 2 chicken noodle soups were 1/2 full or less, the Mac & cheese was only half full, they forgot the croutons for the French onion soup (this happens almost every time i order this soup from Panera). As expensive as the food items are, it's even more disappointing that they don't even fill up the containers. We used to order much more frequently, but it's becoming less appealing each time we get food from here. Really disappointing!

This is the dirtiest Panera bread I've ever been to. It's literally disgusting. There was not 1 table that was clean in the whole place . The trash cans where you put your plates is beyond gross . On top of it being nasty , I paid almost $9 for a bread bowl and I think there might have been 3 spoonfuls of soup .
