First time at this saladworks. I ordered my salad only 10 minutes before my arrival and it was ready and waiting for me. It was fresh and prepared how I ordered.

Rudest manager ever. Salad was wilted, soggy, and it tasted awful. I asked for a refund and was completely brushed off. I asked for the manager name and it refused to give it me. Horrible horrible horrible. I should've listened to the reviews before going.

Rude... horrible service...had to walk behind the counter into the back prep room to find two chit chatting on phones laughing it up. Ask for someone to provide service was told to go . No apologies. And provided service rudely . Like I was a bother to be there.. Feasterville PA location....

Where do I begin -there is a new location which is across the street in the strip mall from the old place. But, I miss the old Salad works. I'd frequent the old location atleast three times a week for lunch break. The portions were always great and the service was excellent, to include the friendly staff. Let's fast forward to the new location. There were what appeared to be teenagers/younger adults working last night, that had the worst attitudes, as if it was a bother to make a salad. Ok, no problem. Just make my salad, please. The end result of my salad was garbage. Literally, the base was wilted and soggy and the portion was atleast half the normal size. The best part of the meal was the bread. I'm sorry to say this location has certainly went down the drain and I will no longer frequent this store.

I get salads here about once a week. The service is always efficient and friendly. The salads are put together well & filling. The lite ranch dressing is excellent.

They make your salad quickly, its very fresh, it's put together with love! Sometimes it gets busy, there may be a few minutes of waiting, the food is definitely worth waiting for. I have had my salads made into wraps a few times , the wraps were put together nicely and didn't fall apart, excellent food, quick and friendly service, very clean and well maintained business. I go out of my way stop here whenever I'm in this area

I always get the same salad and toppings my salad ends up being like $16 but it's worth it to me. This location is great always friendly staff I use the bathroom and it's always pretty clean. I've dined in and was able to peacefully enjoy my salad. I continue to frequent this location.

Like their menu but as long as they insist I wear a mask to enter their establishment I will avoid them. The quarantine is over and they never got the memo. Sorry but I cannot talk thru those masks to make an order nor hear the servers behind the counter. It is a distraction I choose to avoid I love their salads. So I downloaded the app made an account put all my information in and called to order food and it says delivery more than one time multiple times through the signing up process that they deliver, that's not true. The only way is to get your food through another third-party vendor you have to pay just to get a salad so one salad getting delivered 2 miles away would've cost me $26 and some odd cents plus tax so $30 for a salad? This is exactly why businesses will be going out of business soon. Nobody with a brain would pay that.
