Had a one night stay with my parents and sister. The elevator shakes and makes a really frightening scraping sound as it approaches the 3rd floor. The first thing we noticed upon entering floor 3 was the NO SMOKING sign yet the overwhelming smell of stale cigarette smoke. The room phone button for the front desk did not work, and when I pressed zero it just rang and rang with no answer. After we got settled we told the man at the desk about the smoking issue and he told us there are smoking rooms on that floor! Are you kidding me? This is still legal? How can you mix smoking rooms and non smoking rooms on the same floor? Both of my parents sleep with a breathing apparatus and my sister is highly asthmatic. This is not acceptable. The rest of the inconveniences in no particular order: the shower turned up as hot as it could go was barely lukewarm at best. The towels felt like they were drenched in fabric softener and not absorbent whatsoever. Clumps of dirt all down the hallways and elevator all morning long. Continental breakfast was a joke. Looked like it was picked over and the countertops were filthy. No attendant in sight to tidy up or replenish food. The only hot options were frozen egg and sausage patties (not even in a chafing dish) and a waffle maker with only syrup, no fruit, whipped cream, or dessert sauces like continental breakfasts usually have. Ice machine was broken. Vending machine also broken. When checking out, they had incense burning at the front desk. It does not bother me, however, again, not acceptable for many people with allergies and asthma. The young girl working had her back turned to the customers and was chatting on her cell phone. When we finally got her attention, she asked how our stay was, and didnt offer much in the way of an apology... instead she asked us to post a review, so here's my review. Would not recommend.

Truthful Review - Proceed with Caution Upon check-in, the front desk informed me they were doing me a favor by not scanning my credit card because, in their words, the owners "do funny stuff" with them. That alone was unsettling. I was then assigned a second-floor room--only to be informed afterward that the elevator was out of order. I had recently undergone back surgery, so climbing stairs was a major inconvenience. I was told the elevator would be fixed soon, but it wasn't during my stay. Later, I called the front desk because my TV remote was missing. The staff member told me it would take a while to bring it up because, as she put it, she was "old." She suggested I come get it myself. On my way to retrieve it, I overheard new guests loudly complaining at the front desk about walking into a room where someone had already used the bathroom--and left something behind in the toilet. After checking out, I requested a partial refund due to the elevator issue but was denied. If you're comfortable handing your card over to people who warn you about their own management, enjoy doing tasks housekeeping should handle, and don't mind unpleasant bathroom surprises left by previous guests, then this place might be for you. Otherwise, I suggest looking elsewhere.

renamed the no sleep inn . if you are driving keep going. Yelp will not let you see this it only allows good reviews.. so why bother. since I can't sleep I may as well leave reviews of our horrible stay.. zero stars. but since I have to leave one it is for the coffee.

Stay away. No hot water in rooms. Roaches and rude employees Company booked me a king suite, the put me in double. No Microwave cracks in toilet and Tubs. The halls smells like Pot and wet dog. Manger is rude and arrogantly dismissive of complaints. Witnessed him rudely tells some there was a $30 charge to check in early

We had a very nice sleep. Everything was very clean and neat, and the room was comfortable. The reason for my rating, is that there isn't any hot water. We didn't exactly have nice hot showers, but overall it was a good experience. The breakfast was very nice, it had a good selection and we had a great experience here!

Checking in was a breeze, and the staff made me feel right at home with their friendly welcome. The lobby was spotless, which I appreciated. My room was big and inviting, the bed was super comfortable, and the lighting was great. Check-out was fast and easy. Definitely worth staying here!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Avoid this hotel like the plague. Not only was it dirty, but there was mold in the room. They refused even a partial refund. I never write reviews, but I'm furious.

I was so impressed with the quality of the rooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The lobby was very welcoming. Overall, I had a great experience.

This hotel is a nightmare. I should have just listened to the reviews, but there was a mix of them. However, please believe the reviews of this hotel that are not good as these hold true facts. The hotel is supposed to be 100% smoke free, but it is not. The rooms are not clean as mine had ashes, cigarettes butts, dirty toilets, desk tops and bathtub. I couldn't get another room because they were all sold out (don't really want another room, I want another hotel). Customer Service was the worst by a lady named H***n. I won't disclose her whole name here. I feel like I'm in a nightmare, but I have contacted guest relations with Choice hotels and I am waiting to see how that goes. Currently searching for a new hotel. 0 stars here.
