Really good pizza, garlic knots and buffalo chicken salad! The only sad part was they forgot to add the sausage to our pepper, mushroom, and sausage pizza. But, the pizza was so tasty that we didn't even realize until a couple slices in! Delivery was quick and food was hot. Would order again!

My family used to really enjoy this place. Within this last year this place has fallen in the gutter! Our past couple of orders have been nothing but disappointing/horrible. Tonight we ordered simple cheese steaks, wings and it was terrible. I'm allergic to onions I asked for no onions made it a point to tell them I was allergic and guess what Onions on my chicken cheese steaks! I called and (Edward) answered the phone and told me he couldn't deal with me bc cops were out front to call in the morning to handle things. Well Edward I was hungry tonight!! I'm so disappointed with this place. I'm done with it. This happened the past 4 times. I know I'm an idiot for giving them chance after chance. Now I just want my 50 bucks back!!!!

I ordered 2 small pizzas (one cheese with onions and the other broccoli with ricotta) and chicken fingers with fries. The cheese pizza tasted as if it had been prepared a day prior. Chicken tenders were burned, and instead of 5 I received 4. While the pizza didn't look good I still started eating some of it expecting the favor would compensate. Well, it didn't. I decided to call the establishment to express my discontent. I started summarizing my order and began to explain the issues I had. The gentleman stated that what I was saying about the pizza was very strange because "he was the business owner and the one who prepared the pizza". I proceeded stating that the pizza may have gotten cold during transit or maybe I was the last costumer to receive the order. I added that I have ordered from them in the past and the pizza I got today is not the same. I also pointed out that I was not calling to request a refund or another pizza. While stating this, I was continuously being interrupted. He was extremely defensive, not accepting the fact that the pizza did not taste good or the same. Proceeded interrupting me while I was trying to finalize my thought process. Eventually, I decided to move on and point out the issues with the chicken tenders which is when he stated "okay, now you are changing." as if I was trying to change topics for lack of proper answers when in reality that was part of the whole order. When I confronted his statement, he stated "the thing that I don't like are liars". I questioned him if he was calling me a liar, and he had the audacity to say "I am not calling you a liar." Well, he did. I finalized the phone call stating that I was surprised by his attitude specially for being the business owner and that I would write a review. I will not order from this place again, not because of the pizza or the burned chicken tenders, but simply because this person (aka business owner) has absolute zero finesse to deal with his customers. If they can treat a customer like that, I can't even imagine how the employees are treated.

earlier tonight, we ordered delivery for dinner. We have placed orders with Philly Fatties for the last 15 years. When I went to the door to take my delivery from the driver, he immediately accosted me asking me where is his tip. anytime I place an order online it automatically default to a 15% tip. To say the least, I was shocked at this person, had the audacity to confront someone I immediately called Philly fatty to voice a complaint. After I explained what happened with their delivery driver, I was told we're really busy. I then asked who was the owner and I would call back. I was informed the owners on vacation. He said I could talk to the manager, but I'd be on the phone waiting for quite a while. this is the way they choose to treat a loyal paying customer then they can certainly not have my business in the future.

Price listed on their OWN website for 12 wings: $12.99 Price listed on grubhub: 13.99 Price when you actually show up to pay after calling to order? $15.49 1. That's ridiculously high for wings 2. Why are your prices MORE than the advertised prices? 3. Why are they over $2 more? Yeah, you've just lost a long time and loyal customer. I will be telling everyone else I know to also avoid your business as you don't have fair or accurate prices and don't care one way or another. Shame. Skip this place completely if you are reading this.

We tried this place for the first time yesterday. We got the loaded French fries pizza, it was delicious. We also got a cheesesteak, pretty good, pizza burger, pretty good, pizza fries, good but too much sauce & the appetizer sampler, good, a little soggy from the container. Place was clean. Service was great. We will be back!!

So the fries were good. The hamburger roll was good. But I would have thought the hamburger "patties" would have been better. Tasteless, processed, frozen and very disappointing. Staff and customers were nice. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Please invest in a better burger.
