Cold, windy day at jury duty. The chicken pho was pretty good and hit the spot. Most people got the build your own salad, which looked good. Chicken and shrimp spring rolls were good too. Comfortable, clean booths to sit in.

An interesting hodgepodge of items are offered here: salads, smoothies, soup, spring rolls, beverages, and fresh fruit. I've gone a number of times to get salad: the fresh ingredients are packaged right in front of you and made to order. It's a good salad. I stopped getting salad when I discovered they also sell Pho Chicken Soup. I can't get enough of it. I've had it 2 times this week already. It is SO GOOD! It's really a simple thing, too: Vietnamese noodles, bean sprouts, green onion, red onion, chicken, and an absolute bomb broth. I really appreciate the little accents that make the soup unique - you get a lime wedge to squeeze in it and a side of some kind of hot sauce if you want to spice it up. A quart is $10 and it's satisfying and oh so delicious. I have also shamelessly consumed a ton of their fresh-made spring rolls. You can get chicken only or a combination of chicken and shrimp. I've had both and they are very good. The ordering process can be a little confusing, even if you've been there before. My best advice is to make your way to the people making the salads and place your order with one of them, even if you're not getting salad. Mind you, I get all of my stuff to go, but they do have an eat-in area that is no frills. There is a little station where you can add condiments and sauces to your food. There are enough booths to accommodate a busy lunch service. I will continue to patronize Cafe and Salad Works, even if only for the pho alone. Try it!

This is a good option for local Asian food but average for food in Camden. The nicoise salad was mediocre. They just put a can of bumble bee on top of the salad so it was bland and the balsamic vinegar dressing had a strong alcohol taste. The Vietnamese spring rolls were good.

Located midway between the courthouse and the Riversharks stadium, Cafe is where I go when I'm in the mood for a salad on my day off from work. First thing first... Don't forget to put money in the parking meter, even if you're stepping in for just a few minutes... Once inside, you'll find quite a few selections from the salad menu. You can choose from the spring mix and iceberg lettuce mix. You can also add as many toppings as you wand, then add a dressing on the side. The green goddess dressing is my favorite here. Also sold here is fried spring rolls, pho, and fresh cut fruit salads.... All of the above is the reason that I drive out of my way to eat here. The fact that its close to PSE&G when I'm running late on paying my utility bill is just a coincidence....

I'm giving four stars mostly for the value. And the salad here is made to order and fresh - more people in this city should eat more fresh salads rather than the cheese steaks or other fast foods. The small side of Pho was only $3.15 and was plenty for a lunch serving. It's pretty basic like the street market style - not too much basil. But super filling with nice cuts of cooked ribeye slices. Yum. So I recommend this place as a good value lunch place. I didn't like the smell of the cleaner that they use in the dining room. It put me off a little bit. The dining room also has some odd layout like its half empty. Try take out. There was a quite a busy demand for take out.

Nice and clean Cafe located one block from the Federal Courthouse and one block from the Rutgers Campus. A play on Salad Works, but their veggies don't come from a bag and are always freshly cut. They even have Green Goddess dressing. Recently added the best beef or chicken Pho. You can also get fresh fruit salad and spring rolls. Worth the stop if you are in town.

They close whenever they want, If you're gonna have a business stay the hell open during your hours of operation listed, It's always a guessing game if this place is going to be open or not. Just close your damn business down already

I love this place!!! The salads are huge, the chicken noodle soup is home made and very tasty, and they have egg rolls!!! These salads come with a white or wheat roll and are very affordable, way bigger than a salad from Salad Works. They also offer a loyalty card; with every ten salads you get a free one. They get packed at lunch time but if you go right before or after your fine. You can also order your salad ahead of time and pick it up. My only con is sometimes their credit card machine is not working and they will only take cash. Also in the winter it can be quite cold in there so if your eating in you'll have to stay bundled up.

Camden NJ Strange mix n match. Salad place. They dont serve pho after 530 they tell me and close early. Booo hoo. Lol. They make frozen drinks. But none for me til summer. Maybe another time.

Well, what can I say about this place. I think they treat their workers pretty bad and you can tell because they kind of have a bad attitude two wolves the owners. This must be a family franchise because the people that own it are pretty nasty at times. The young gentleman and sometimes the young lady at the register act like they can't count money. Sometimes their salad proportions are not worth what you pay. For instance one day we went in for lunch me and some co-workers and one of the co-worker got a chicken salad. Well the chicken salad it was skimpy with spinach and lettuce and they gave them not even a whole chicken breast maybe a quarter probably even less than of chicken. I've tried to give this place at 2nd and even a third time but their customer service skills is terrible. I like their pho soup but that's about it.
