Food was delicious Service was great The spot was great and beautiful and there was a very nice lady there who offered me a free lemonade because I was drinking mines before I left.

First off, don't expect gourmet at IHOP at all. I usually come here for their fluffy omelets and maybe a shortstack if I'm really feeling it. The waitresses are usually super sweet but the seating is absolutely crammed like a can of sardines. Always expect this IHOP to be loud and busy.

The service of my food was great unfortunately, we did not have a great experience today.My daughter and I went in for brunch we started off with 2 coffees and 2 waitress brought our war over. I immediately noticed in her hand on the mug. There was a long hair. She apologized and switched out one of the cups. We took our time reviewed the menu. My daughter had a sampler and was going to eat the pancakes that came with my meal. I got the toasted avocado avocado with Turkey, menace and bacon. She received her food first and she took a bite into her chicken tender which looked burnt. And immediately realized the center was still raw. Our server immediately switched out her chicken tenders. The second round was perfectly cooked. My. Food came out and I seen that only one side of the toast was toasted. I did not realize that they toasted it on the grill with butter. I told our server. I do not want to send it back but just bring me dry toast. I cannot have dairy. I explained to her. She told me to just let them know before ordering next time. She went to get me dry coast and I.Immediately realized my. Sandwich that does not include any type of potatoes. Had hash Browns mixed in throughout it. I know that their hash Browns are cooked in butter, at that point I was no longer hungry. I was more disappointed so I asked the waitress. To bring me jelly. She apologized and took. That sounds much off the check i thanked her and apologized upon leaving the store, it was a little crowded near the front door I was leading the way and my daughter was following after I passed the crowd. I heard another server say. Damn! I didn't turn around. I just kept walking ready to get out of there. When we got to the car my daughter told me that server that said that actually said it to her because as my child was passing her they almost bumped into one another i was Angry at that point like why would somone be so rude to a kid but I did not go back in I think if we ever go to ihop again we'll drive further they cherry hill nj ihop

I pity the demise of ISLOP. It takes a lot to screw up pancakes but a lukewarm stack that needs to be waterboarded with syrup tends to undermine my confidence. I could also point to the indifferent service but that would be piling on. Can robotics be far behind. Two lukewarm stars.

Let's be honest--some locations have slipped so far, you half expect Gordon Ramsay to storm out of the kitchen screaming about raw pancakes. And after seeing the decline of places like the South Philly IHOP, where chaos reigns supreme and the vibe screams, "Are we sure we're safe here?", my expectations for the Cherry Hill location were...let's call it cautious at best. But Cherry Hill? Cherry Hill is doing something right. I rolled in at 10 AM on a weekday, a time you'd expect a chain diner to be half-empty and low-energy. Instead, it was packed. Not uncomfortably crowded, but alive with families, retirees, and a whole lot of happy breakfast energy. It's the kind of scene IHOP should be, and it felt like a step back in time to when this brand had its act together. Let's talk about the vibe. Safe. Friendly. Welcoming. This isn't one of those locations where you wonder if your pancakes are going to come with a side of drama. The Cherry Hill IHOP is clean, calm, and clearly well-managed. They've nailed the atmosphere, proving that when a restaurant prioritizes the customer experience, people show up--even on a random Tuesday morning. And the food? Look, it's IHOP. You know what you're getting: fluffy pancakes, perfectly cooked eggs, bacon that's somehow both crispy and chewy at the same time. It's breakfast exactly as it should be. Nothing groundbreaking, but that's not what you're here for. You're here because you woke up craving comfort food that tastes like nostalgia. And Cherry Hill delivers. The staff? Friendly, efficient, and refreshingly normal. No one was aggressively cheerful or trying to upsell me on extras I didn't want. They got my coffee filled and my order out in good time, and sometimes that's all you need to feel taken care of. And can we take a moment to celebrate a small but massive win? The syrups. They're back. The table had all the options--blueberry, strawberry, old-fashioned, and that buttery pecan that feels like a hug for your waffles. It's a small detail, sure, but during the pandemic, those syrup dispensers disappeared, and breakfast just wasn't the same. Seeing them again gave me a ridiculous amount of joy. The prices? Reasonable, as they've always been. You leave full without feeling like your wallet just got emptied. Bottom line: If you're looking for a solid IHOP experience, Cherry Hill is where it's at. It's proof that when a location cares about quality, customer service, and atmosphere, people notice. And while the chain as a whole might have seen better days, this IHOP gives me hope that the pancakes will keep flipping for years to come. Highly recommend.

We waited for a half hour to be seated. Never happened. The restaurant was half empty with customers waiting but they were not seating anyone because the kitchen was backed up filling online orders. Guys kept coming in and getting the orders and that is all they seemed to be doing. Even the customers who were seated were waiting for their food. Will not come here again.

I will start off by saying we waiting forever to get seated with booths open - we finally get seated and waited 32 minutes for 2 sampler breakfasts- both pancakes were not cook all the way - table behind me sent their back twice - Waitress was talking to staff and announced she would never eat here .. Avoid this place - $40 for burnt eggs - undercooked pancakes - staff that ignores you -

Growing up in the area, we have frequented this establishment many times. It has been a couple of years since I've been so we thought we'd go back. Among other issues, it was disappointing to see how unprofessional some of the staff were. The hostess who greeted us was great and accommodating, no issue with her. That being said, I get wanting to have a cohesive family-like team working together, so the employees talking was not the issue. However, not only were some of them excessively loud, things take a turn when staff members begin talking negatively about customers around other customers. I get working with the public may be challenging but it is extremely unprofessional for a person to be venting to other employees about how a custmer got on your nerves so much so that you made sure to charge them extra for everything, including whipped cream just to spite them and gleefully expressing that the customer was very upset about all the charges when he got the bill. All this while other customers are in the restaurant. In addition, cleanliness of your restaurant should be a priority. Floors were filthy with food and trash on the floor. There were other issues with our order and service which made it clear that this restaurant is no longer what it once was. With competitive restaurants that offer high quality, great service in the area, in a clean and comfortable atmosphere you may want to retrain your staff to ensure clean, professional, and courteous service. Otherwise, I can't see this restaurant being sustainable with this level of service.

Terrible service, after 15 min. no one came to our table, so we left...usually service is pretty fast in other IHOP's, with the food also coming quickly...
