I find it incredibly difficult to rate Pats. Mostly because of its inconsistency. Side note: this location plays the worst music selection. Sometimes the food is really good and sometimes it is downright disappointing. I'll also say I'm not a fan of the pizza...being local there are so many better options. The positives of Pats are as follows: The food has always been fresh. The sandwiches/wraps/apps seem to be their better options. Overall it is probably closer to 2.5 stars but rounding up because I continue to order her occasionally.

I had take out so I can't comment on the ambiance or the service really, but I highly recommend the Wally Salad, my husband and I are big fans. We have had it three times in one week. It is packed full of avocado, grapes, apples, walnuts, goat cheese with a great balsamic vinaigrette.

I had never eaten at Pat's before, but after years of driving by, we decided to drop in. The location was clean, and neat and we were rapidly greeted and advised to sit ourselves. We ordered burgers and fries, both of which were large and quite good. Frankly my wife and I could have probably split a single burger and fries and had enough to eat.

Margarita flatbread is my favorite. They have good cheese steaks. Mozzarella sticks . Coconut shrimp . The used to have a chicken rustica on the menu that was delicious but they took it off. Honestly the only thing I'm not crazy about is their pizza because I like thin with a crispy crust and theirs is thicker. I haven't had a bad item to date. Delivery is quick and comes hot! Evert time we order online and leave a tip on the order, the first thing out of the drivers mouth when you open the door is "TIP" . They get mad when you don't tip them again. It happened the last 2 times we ordered online. Then they were delivering an order in the area of our office, came to our door wanting a tip and they had the wrong address. Needless to say we don't order from them anymore.

I have gone to Pat's on and off for quite a few years. Their Caesar salad with chicken was always one of the best around. Nice tenderloins of chicken that were delicious. So I ordered one for delivery tonight. What I received was no where near what it used to be. They used CANNED chicken that they warmed up! Needless to say I will no longer be ordering from them again!

The food here is absolutely amazing. There is nothing here I've ever tried that hasn't been delicious! Last night I was really in the mood for a Buffalo chicken wrap and this was the only place I wanted it from! I hadn't been in a few years since I'd moved out of state for a while but it was just as good as I always remembered it! So nice to be back in the area and able to eat here again!

Have a receipt that clearly states that I was entitled to $10.00 off my next purchase but when I tried to use it I was denied. Had to call another Pat's location and speak to a nice employee who explained what happened. She also acknowledged had it been ordered at their location they would have honored the $10.00. There is an employee named Steve at the Cinnaminson location who is extremely rude and needs to have training in customer service on how to treat customers. Steve was so rude that when I called back to get the order number for my receipt I was told that I needed to come in. Luckily I was told by the other location what the order number was. Will never go to this location again as long as Steve is employed with that establishment.
