This downtown bar and restaurant is a hidden gem for just about anyone looking for a relaxed night out. The feel is welcoming and unpretentious ..the kind of place where locals feel at home without feeling crowded or chaotic. The menu ranges from typical dive-bar food to the homemade style burgers. Their wings are PHENOMIAL and I dare you to challenge me on that. Burgers, wings, and cheesesteaks are all done right in the upstairs area, and the drinks list has something for everyone, from craft beers to soda-pop. Downstairs is where the real fun goes down. It carries anything from shuffle board to a game of pool with the guy at the end of the bar. The staff is chill & efficient, and the atmosphere balances lively energy with that laid-back vibe. It's the kind of place you can walk into alone, with a group, or on a (cas) date, and leave feeling like part of the local scene if you play your cards right. (TLDR) If you're looking for a downtown spot that keeps things rolling, local, and welcoming for all kinds of people, this bar and restaurant hits the mark.

ive never had chicken wings like that in my life, omggg im just salivating thinking about it. you know the sauce on the wings are good when you dont need any ranch with them. The service was really food despite being packed and the food came out pretty fast. The Tony bruno sauce and garlic buffalo sauce were my favorites, one of the best joints I have ever been to.

It's that time again, time to eat chicken wings. Service remains OK with the occasional difficulty due to the high noise level inside. It remains beat up indoors. There is a TV for every possible viewing angle but you can't hear them due to the dull roar of the sound system blasting out golden oldies. You can't hear your companions but I was forcibly eavesdropping on the next table over. Not a great conversational setting. As usual we ordered wings. Plain fried wings. That's what these guys are known for and deviating is its own punishment. The sauce has changed and not for the better. All of the sauces - mild, med, had a layer of oil an inch thick. The oil wasn't hot just oily. Things improved dramatically when I poured off the oil layer and I could actually dip the wing in the buffalo sauce. Once cleaned up, the sauce wasn't bad. But who ever came up with this new sauce deserves to be marinated in it until the struggling stops. I suggested folks should just show up with a bottle of Franks buffalo wings sauce and there wasn't a peep of disagreement. Finally we ordered every one of the sauces and got one that didn't have the oily layer. Finally. The wings themselves were fried really crispy. Very nice. You have to order the celery sticks separately. The beer selection was unappealing and I settled for a Diet Coke instead. Try to show up for happy hour. You don't need to pay full price if this is what you get. The parking lot was only half full but it appears every one tries to turn right to park cuz all the empty spots were on your left.

Got a chance to check out the Jug Handle with my buddies Eric and Aaron. I've heard many people have many different opinions of this spot so I knew I had to go and find out for myself. Got some Carolina Buffalo BBQ wings, some Tony Bruno wings, and a side of the Bald Eagle (their spiciest sauce) sauce on the side to dip into. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The dining room was pretty much just a basic bar/restaurant dining room but they do have outdoor seating during nice weather and a basement seating area as well. The Tony Bruno wings are a blend of Honey BBQ and Medium garlic so they are very similar to a Mchales/Buffacue sauce with some added garlic flavor. I knew I'd enjoy this sauce just from the description. The wings were massive and they were breaded wings. They were crunchy for breaded wings (I often find breaded wings to get soggy in sauce and not have much crunch) and I enjoyed these, but I will say that I do honestly prefer a smaller wing...even if that sounds crazy. Smaller wings in my opinion are able to have a nice crunch in each bite and the center of the wing cooks to a nicer consistency than when they are very large. The Carolina Buffalo BBQ was interesting and not exactly what I expected. I did find these to have good flavor but I was kind of expecting a Carolina mustard and hot sauce blend and it was more of a BBQ/buffalo which made it similar in flavor minus the honey to the Tony Bruno. They looked as though they'd have a mustard flavor but it got lost in the other flavors of this sauce. I don't think I personally would get this flavor again just for that reason, but I didn't dislike them. The Bald Eagle is hot. There's really all there is to that. It smelled like straight super hots and it tasted like super hots. That is where my time with the Bald Eagle starts and ends haha. Decided to come for dinner last night as my boyfriend wanted to try their wings. Got there around 6:30. No problem being seated. Our waitress was great! We enjoyed some cold beers. My boyfriend ordered the garlic buffalo wings and fries. I ordered a caesar salad with buffalo grilled chicken breast. Everything was good and fresh! I am a buffalo person-I could put buffalo sauce on almost everything. That garlic buffalo sauce was incredible! I was dipping fries in it to get more of it! We will be back!

Stopped by today for an early lunch and sat at the bar and ordered a very nice cheesesteak wrap. Came with some crispy pickles and hand cut potato chips. I ordered some Nashville Hot Wings to go. The bartender drew me an authentically drawn Guinness which went perfectly with lunch. I tried one of the wings which The Jug is known for. Fantastic! Absolutely smashing experience. Not far off the beaten path and definitely worth the visit.

Oh my where do I start...I got it DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! I have no idea how this place was rated "best wings," was either by a relative or a person with a gun held to their head. Horrible, over cooked, tasteless wings that should never have left the kitchen. They should be embarrassed to serve crap like this and charge top dollar for it. I only ate because I was hungry and trying to give it a chance. The one photo shows of all of the oil that was on top of the Garlic Parmesan sauce that I had to pour off in order to find the garlic and Parmesan . Pitiful disgusting chicken wings. If you're in NJ and are near the Cinnaminson area do yourself a favor and drive a few miles to JOHN and MOLLY's Mt. Holly area for the best wings in NJ.

I wanted to love this joint. The wings. They took a long time - but they warned me. They were good - but bathed in sauce (I ordered the hot Asian). Extra for blue cheese or ranch. And some celery. That's unusual. Way too much sauce. By a factor of 4. Gigantic wings. More like full size chicken pieces. Flats come with wing tip intact. This is a no go for me. Never. There is never a reason to serve the wing tip. That plus the over abundance of obsequious sauce makes this spot a maybe. At best. You been warned.

Eh. sorry. I don't get the hype? Crowded, drinks with barely any booze in them, overcooked food, breaded wings (yuk), and not enough servers/bartenders to handle a busy day. You all can have it. Bartenders were nice hence the 3 stars.
