How was the pizza ? I couldn't tell ya. Because after taking my order, and money, the pizza never came. They wouldn't respond to phone calls. I read the bad reviews - lousy pizza and terrible service. Felt like taking a gamble. I have a feeling that as annoying as the service was I probably benefited from them not delivering. Probably would've given me a stomach ache.

I thought this would be a great place. I heard their pizza was good. Well, it was ok. But, we ordered a appetizer sampler. it was just basic in grocery store, onion rings, broccoli bites, jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks. We didn't even finish them. The garden salad was nothing special. I wish they made their own dressing and didn't give out grocery store salad bar packs of dressing. The pizza was good. It was a little more greasy then like. The high hopes of this place being good. Sort of didn't make the cut.

My husband ordered a pizza Saturday evening for delivery. They pretty much know us as we order periodically. We ordered at 8:55 and at 10:00 we called as no pizza had arrived. We were told the arrival would be 45-60 minutes. We called and no one answered. The second call they hung up. Tried to call Sunday they said no manager was in. He called today and the excuse was that driver said some woman answered and told him to lay it on the steps. The person who ordered a pizza was a man and no woman answered the phone. Secondly, why would we have someone place our food on the ground? My husband went to the door several times in the hour to see if the driver arrived. No driver no pizza. When he called today, the manager was very rude. Instead of fixing the issue in the first few words her response was "That's my driver and imma stick beside him". Well lady your driver is a liar and you need a better attitude along with some phone etiquette. On top of that she knew who was calling when she answered the call. Funny huh? Because of this we will not be back. We have ordered from your store for more than 15 years. Honestly, we don't need to lie. Just refund the $21.73 back and carry on. On top of that we left a guy a tip that was included with the order. Being nice goes a long way. Being rude will get you cancelled quickly. On top of that she says your refund depends on your bank. Don't threaten us with what may or may not happen with our money. Integrity is EVERYTHING.

Great pizza! Good quality cheese and fresh ingredients. Customer service could be better but I won't reduce the stars for the pizza. Haven't had the sandwiches or calzones but the pizza is fantastic.

I've been coming here for years. The food is good but the service is absolutely horrible. Everyone is playing, on the phone, sitting on counters where the food goes. I almost asked for my money back after waiting an additional 30 mins when I called and order an hour beforehand. There was hair in my last pizza. Kids run this place and the delivery driver is absolutely rude. My husband actual got into and argument with the delivery driver because he parked in his spot by accident. I won't order from them ever again my patient has run thin with this places. My advice is to run a tighter ship hopefully it'll be under better management soon.

First time ordering from here. We ordered a large "White Pizza", Fries, and a small Mediterranean. Went to pick up the pizzas/order. I was a passenger and I didn't want to have the pizza slide or leave it unattended in the back seat so placed it on my lap. Never thought in my life that a 15 minute ride back home would cost me a hefty dry cleaning bill. The "OILS/grease" from the "White Pizza" was seeping through the cardboard box onto my lap and onto my $1000 Canada Goose Parka!!!! Needless to say... it's left a bad taste in my mouth...and COAT... Hoping the cleaners will be able to tend to these stains..

I think that the person who works at Apollo's pizza should make improvements on how they make their pizzas because we didn't have to worry about asking to have thin crust pizzas before we usually would be able to have one without having to eat thick crust pizzas they aren't healthy for people who have health problems. If I were them I would change the recipe to the pizzas and keep it like it used to be with thin crust so that way more customers can come and enjoy pizza. I would rate them a one star. The ambiance is amazing. I think that they should also be considerate of how they wrote the recipe for the pizzas they prepare and Make sure that they have vegan options as well vegan cheese, vegan pizza sauce, vegan pepperoni and other certified vegan.

Really disappointing. They used to be one of our favorite spots. They messed up our order for my son who has food allergies and when I called them I just got a lot of attitude about replacing it, even though it was their mistake! Will NOT be going back.

By far the best pizza in that area especially the Stromboli no matter the size it's taste is original and worth every penny I order will dive light sauce on both the Stromboli and the pizza and every bite is beyond better then the first
