So I called for an delivery order had to call over 4 times just to hear their voicemail person then the person to take my order wasn't even speaking english and didn't let me do the build your own pasta even though I was allowed to yesterday. Keep in mind it was the same place. The food was great last time I ordered but once again it took forever .

Employees are disrespectful, I never received my cinnamon twists and called back and he told me I was going to get refunded. I never received my refund, He questioned my integrity like I was lying over 8$, no I just want the food I paid for. Place is a joke, either messing up your order or not giving you the right food. I am disappointed in this business. My family ordered delivery, three pizzas and a brownies. It was delivered, and we brought our pizza inside, when we noticed one thing: we had 4 pizzas. We were delivered 4 pizzas and no brownies, which we had been looking forward to. This has happened one before at this location, giving me a completely different pizza than anyone in my family wanted, though it was still a pizza. I am disappointed, and I wouldn't recommend.

My son and I took a chance ordering, given the reviews. I can honestly say I haven't had good pizza in a while. it's usually super greasy and just not crisp. I don't know if we lucked up or not but this was a great pizza. I got the medium size mushroom and spinach pizza with the garlic sauce. It was just the right amount of everything. I even ate the crust which I tend not to do (they aren't usually good). kudos to the staff. They were hustling and making sure everyone's orders were hot and ready. I don't know who the older gentleman was who greeted everyone but he was warm and friendly. He is running a pretty efficient operation there.

Just straight BS. Delivery driver has my address, but due to a typo on my phone number, put no effort into actually trying to find the apartment, claimed it was delivered, to just actually drive away and take the food back to the shop. Your job is to figure out where to food is going. We have met every delivery person at at the street as a courtesy, Eve though the address is given correctly each time. Lazy poor work ethic and I'm tired. Called store and the store said "yea, we'll send it back out, it will be another 20". Why? You had my address!!!

Last few times I've been here over the span of several months, this one guy always grills me up and down every time I walk in. Like he looks disgusted and bothered by me being there. It's weird. today all three employees grilled me and the girl who handed me my food did the slowest walk ever, looked me up and down and didn't say anything. It was disgusting. Grow up. If y'all hate it here that bad don't work there. People can't even review your food because your customer service is so bad.
