8:15 pm 3/8 arrived and immediately someone from behind the counter, "if you are waiting to order stand up against the wall!" It was forceful and was not welcoming. No hello or welcome just a bark for the bar. Apparently this particular store does not have a good layout, and when you come in the door, it's easy to queue up in the far end of where the tables are. Curiously, there was no one seated tonight, but we were still told to corral ourselves against the wall. Given this rudeness and that they were out of white Rice we left and drove toward home going to our regular location instead. Not good...would be better to treat customers less like animals.

I didn't get my correct order - I called the store and couldn't get to any store members - I tried the online chat it said someone would get back to me and no one did. I want my refund. this happened may 27th

Wow wow wow. This place is ROUGH. I saw the 2.5 stars before I went but figured, it's chipotle, it can't be that bad. I was shocked how filthy this place was and how rough the food looked. It was a real bad deal. Maybe checkout noodles across the parking lot instead.

Chipotle Jonestown road 15$ for a bowl that's a quarter of the way full is crazy (ordered online). Look at the difference the other picture is from Chipotle on linglestown rd.(went inside)

This chipotle is genuinely awful. Every single time I order food here they're either out of everything or take forever. This particular visit I ordered ahead online because I was getting a quesadilla (you have to order quesadillas online for some reason). I walk in 5 minutes after my order is supposed to be done and there are 10 people waiting for their mobile orders. Now i have been waiting 20 minutes and still have yet to get my food. I don't know if the management is the problem but it's always something when I'm here. I would rather drive the extra ten minutes to a location that actually knows what's going on.

If i could give this location negative stars I would. Over the last 5 years 75% of the orders have been wrong and 0% of the orders are anywhere near on time. You are better off driving to another one of the locations. Avoid this one at all costs. I can't believe it still exists.

Food: The rice was clumpy, they didn't have any carne asada (although the cook said he'd have more in 10-15 minutes), stations looked like they needed restocked. Dining area: 95% of tables were dirty, garage was overflowing from the garbage cans. Bathrooms: no toilet paper in the ladies room and it needed to be cleaned. Service was the plus, everyone was nice. We won't be rushing back to this location.

Hands down, worst Chipoltle I have ever been to. I created a yelp account solely because of this one location in particular. You need a keen sense of hand/eye coordination just to get in line. As soon as you walk through the door you will be put to the test with obstacles such as empty food baskets on the ground, straw wrappers literally everywhere , chairs in the middle of the line area not even remotely close to a table. Once you survive the treacherous journey to get in line, I hope you're not in a hurry and I hope you know they most likely won't have at least two of the ingredients you wanted in your meal. Side note we can all understand running out of ingredients once in awhile but every time I go? 6pm?? (At least twice a month). Furthermore, portions are never consistent in size. Yes, different associates scoop the ingredients slightly differently but serving a regular size portion as "double" and having the audacity to still charge me for it? Seriously?? After almost yelling your order, yes yelling your order, you will probably need to repeat yourself as well. It is not because of the fact that the younger workers are quiet and can barely be heard in the first place, it's the fact that some of them seriously have Airpods (Bluetooth earpieces) in while taking your order. Finally, I hope you aren't too observant when watching the workers prepare your food. If you pay any attention in the slightest bit, you will question the many food grade gloves littering the food preparing surfaces as they never change the gloves in the first place! Where do they keep magically coming from? I felt extremely sorry for the gentleman behind me. I handed the single worker cash as payment. All while operating the register, handling cash and coins, I watched her start preparing the next customers meal! Yes I know the gloves never really touch your food, the scoop does. I could only imagine what they consider "clean" or "washing the dishes" If you want a food born illness or the the runs the next morning then look no further. you've came to the right spot. I'm almost positive Taco Bell, a mile down the road is a safer option. Seriously though, the Linglestown location blows this one out of the water. There's no debate.
