I have gone to a lot of Domino's and think this is one of the best. My orders are always accurate. I use the National coupons for the 2 for $6.99 each deal. With tax and 2 items (medium chicken Alfredo extra sauce and chicken plus the new 8 piece stuffed pepperoni bread, that comes to $14.82. Right now there's a free medium "pizza emergency" deal to reward repeat customers. Domino's is best ordered through the smartphone app so you can take advantage of numerous deals and pay about half the regular cost. This Enola location is easy entrance and exit, close proximity to Central Penn College, Dairy Queen (dessert, anyone?), and Tractor Supply Company. The employees consistently offer a warm greeting upon entering, with a sincere thank you upon exit. Keep up the great work, Enola Domino's!

Worst BBQ experience ever, most simple task. I asked for BQQ sauce for a pizza and they said no and all they can do is give me a BBQ sauce to drizzle it, I always been able to get BBQ sauce drizzled on the pizzas, and sometimes I have to pay extra and that's fine. But no, instead this Blonde, blue eyed woman was very furious about me asking for BBQ sauce to be drizzled on my pizza. I even said I would pay extra. Then she said that she is going to fire every employee that did that. Mind you, all I asked was for BBQ sauce and I would pay, and she had hate in her eyes, what did I do, like, did I ask a forbidden question. Well then I went back to the car and told the bois and then a good friend of mine's came to unwanted to come in and share our prospective and she was yelling and arguing when he was just trying to talk. And you don't know everyone's life, and this guy has been in and out of the ER lately and has huge anxiety rn, and that experience was horrible, and she just kept escalating it, yelling and what not. And when I was trying to pay for the bbq sauce cup, I was trying to get her to stop, and she just wouldn't. She just kept going, she didn't know when to stop over BBQ sauce, it was like she was looking for a fight. And then my friend is walked out and she kept yelling at him. And he's trying not to have an anxiety attack.she's an adult, bro I just turn 20. What was that. Even the customers behind me was hella stressed and walked out. I was like speeches when I walked out. She just wouldn't stop! I just wanted BBQ sauce and have a nice birthday weekend with my friend and the bois. I'm sorry. Domino's this is why no one likes this store, it's failing because of people like that, that can't have a civil conversation. congratulations on your epic General manager hard at work displaying fantastic costumer service with the values of "I don't care about costumer service" (she did say that), screaming in anger, and I don't know how to be an adult nd know when enough is enough, I don't need to pled you to stop. Be mature like why do you have to be arguing and hating so much that you started crying in anger, for BBQ sauce, what a child. Thanks for giving me a BBQ cup and telling me to do it myself, basically told me to F off and I wasn't worth the time, the few seconds. Hard worker!

My May ordered pizza from here this evening at 8:15 for delivery as he has done so numerous times in the past however at 9:15 he called again to find out what the holdup was since it had already been an hour and was told they thought he was going to pick it up but the pizza would be there in 15 minutes. He assured them that he had requested for delivery. An hour later the pizza has finally been delivered.This poor customer service is completely unacceptable. We normally ordered from this location almost on a weekly basis but won't be doing so anymore. Waiting two hours for pizza is ridiculous 1630 holtz rd enola

I feel bad for only giving 2 stars to the employees and delivery drivers. I feel they do their best but unfortunately out of my last 4 orders.......they have gotten 2 of the orders wrong. When I call the store.....they will correct the mistake quickly however.....its still a pain to go thru that whole process. Secondly....... I feel bad for not giving you Yelpers a minus 2 stars. Customer service is not the problem however getting what you ordered is a flip of the coin.

I placed a large online order for 7 pizzas and had planned on adding to my order when I arrived 5 minutes after placing my order. Upon arrival I learned that the large pizzas where the same price as the mediums that I had ordered online. I spoke to the shift leader who said that yeah I know the larges are the same price but refused to change the order at my request. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that there was no management on duty and that if I wanted to speak to someone I would have to wait till later. I contacted customer support and they stated that of course it's a franchise and that they would send it immediately to the district manager and that I had the right to refuse to pick up the pizzas. I did not feel that that was appropriate so I asked that the person on duty contact the manager. Which after making several other orders he eventually contacted the manager. The pizza's wound up being out of the over for over 30 minutes sitting under a hot light with the back doors of the business blowing cold air on them. So with that being said the manager refused to do anymore that take a dollar off so I made them remake them. This will be my last trip to this Dominos and I will drive another mile to Little Ceasers or just go to Al's down the street. I was so happy when Dominos started stepping up the pizza game especially with so many places available locally. This was a real disappointment. The customer service really was the kicker. FYI it took me almost 90 minutes to get my order!

I wish I could give a review but I can't get a pizza to even rate it! When I try to order online it will say no online ordering today and to call instead. When I try to call there's no answer. I let it ring and after numerous rings it switches to a busy signal. I don't know how a business can operate this way!

If you want to experience pure disappointment then order from here. Our pizza came with too much sauce and very little cheese and maybe 8 pieces of mushrooms and sausage. Super waste of money

This is probably one of the worst pizza places in the area when it comes to customer service. I have had issues with them before and still went back. This last time though was it for me. I ordered online on their website 30 minutes before the deadline to get your order in for delivery. I received a phone call 5 minutes later from an employee who made up some excuse. She argued with me and I got my money back. I wrote a letter to management and they never reached out to me to try and make things right. Apparently they don't need my business or the business of other people in the area who I know have had problems with them.
