Pretty grossed out. I think there's a huge housekeeping issue- either negligence and/or short on housekeeping staff who can't keep up with the turn on the rooms. Room 1: Hair all over the tile floor by the kitchen, bathroom floor and shower. It's kinky hair so it's very obvious and longer. Microwave kept beeping 5-6 times within 10 mins ( like when the timer is done with microwaving food ). Tried opening and closing to see if it'd stop, it didn't. I couldn't imagine sleeping with it beeping all night. Called the manager and showed him pictures. He moved me to another room. He was friendly about it. Room 2 Less hair on the floor but not the biggest issue here. 1 queen had hair on the sheet and eyelash on the pillow case. Called the manager again, as seeing the negligence thus far with the obvious hairs all over the floor from the first room-Do I dare even ask if they vacuum on the carpet I told the manager that I truly don't think they change the sheets. I told him to go ahead and just bring me new sheets and pillow covers, I'll change it. Along with disinfectant, I'll wipe everything down. He mentioned it may be from the dryer as they don't use dryer sheets and hair may stick. I get that as I have long thick hair and I've seen it happen- I get it. As much hair though, how expensive can dryer sheet be to minimize this issue- MANAGEMENT-please look into this. Secondly, the comforter, I didn't take all the pictures as it was covered. This grossed me out the most on the sheer volume of hair all over, I tried swapping it out and all the hair got on the sheets- THATS HOW MUCH HAIR. This being a pet friendly hotel, you have a mix between human hair, dog/cat hair- you'd think housekeeping would even more do a better job. Probably one of the worst hotels I've checked to. Granted, not the supervisors fault as he's not housekeeping however, I hope this issue is looked into and resolved. If I didn't changed the sheets myself, I wouldn't stay here if you paid me. MANAGEMENT PLEASE DO SOMETHING, this is a newer hotel that's quickly declining in cleanliness.

Comfortable, a pretty nice free breakfast, staff is friendly. The sound proofing leaves a bit to be desired. You can absolutely hear people walking around in the middle of the night, and if you're a light sleeper like I am, it definitely could wake you up. But the rooms are spacious, water pressure is good, things were clean. No real complaints!

Room was nice...someone was smoking weed in the housekeeping room near the elevators on the 5th Floor...A bunch of teen boys were running up and down the hallway...Breakfast was just ok

Clean, comfortable, great stay. But the absolutely best part is Theo - I am a regular visitor due to my headquarters being nearby and Theo makes me feel like this is home. He is a rock star! Thank you Theo for all you do

We only stayed here one night as we were just passing through, but it was a really good hotel! Everything in the lobby was clean and organized. We had a problem with our digital key and the staff was friendly and helpful getting that fixed. The room was nice and looked clean as did the bathroom. The bed was pretty decent too. I like Home2 Suites, and this was just another great hotel of theirs!

Traveling from NY to VA we decided to stop half way and relax somewhere with a pool. After a quick look online we discovered this hotel. I think it is pretty new. Everything was awesome compared to other hotels we stayed at in the area. The room was real clean. There is stocked kitchen area. Great if you are planning a family trip and didn't want to eat out for every meal. We had a bed and a fold out couch. Between the 2 was a curtain so you could enjoy a little privacy. At the time of COVID there was a wait for the pool. You had to sign up for an hour block and only a small amount of people were allowed in at a time. In the morning we god breakfast. At the time it was given to you in a bag by a staff member. Not much of a selection but understandable because COVID has changed all the rules. I'm walking distance there is a Cracker Barrel restaurant which we ordered take out from the night before. There was also a small seating area outside with a few barbecue grills to cook on.

I always love the home 2 suits. Most of them are fairly new although this property was 3 years old yet still looked like they just finished it yesterday. it was perfect looking. Friendy staff, decent value, plenty of room, nice sweet with a partial kitchen nice sofa, king bed very very comfy bed nice sheets who could ask for more? reasonably quiet location fairly priced good stopping point for us between Upstate New York and the South. My compliments to the management.

Pretty good room and beautiful pool. Free breakfast with decent options that are healthy. The room was spacious and had a full blown kitchen including microwave, utensils, sink, dishwasher and coffee maker with cups and plates. Shower had good shampoo smell and I love it. One of the better hotels I've seen. Good services
