Food was OK, but everything else was problematic. The ordering kiosk had no receipt tape and so we could not tell what our number was. The team was not cohesive.

I walked in (to dine in). The food was left on the counter in a bag, as if I ordered it to go. Which defeats the purpose of not using the drive through. I wasn't given a plate nor ketchup, and the fries were not thoroughly cooked. Besides taking too long to get my order and making the order for the last person who came in before mine, and the tables not being cleaned.

Absolute worst McDonald's in the area. Food is always cold, soggy, chewy, just plain old , old. Cookies were served an hour after they should have been(according to the time written on the bag). They were hard as a rock and inedible. French fries were only filled halfway. Employees don't care about quality whatsoever. They just want you to leave.

My Big Mac had no sauce on it at all, the meat was very dry, the buns were stale, and my "chocolate milkshake" was mostly vanilla. My friends and I were sitting at a table and heard a fight going on in the kitchen. They were screaming at each other, I heard at least 7-10 slurs being thrown around very loudly and to top it off one of the employees stormed off being rude and no care for the guests. I will NOT be coming here again i dont care if this is "fast food " those employees should be mindful when there are people in the lobby. Fight when guests are not trying to enjoy a meal in the lobby.

My first job (almost) was McDonald's, so trust me this is coming from a good place. That said, the buns were stale, the cheese had turned to plastic as it had sit so long waiting to be ordered, and every fountain drink was watered down. I tried Coke, Dr Pepper, root beer. ALL uncalibrated, and all weak and watery. Aside from that, the fries were fresh and hot.

I was tired and wanted a cup of coffee as a pick me up. When I got to Mc Ds both drive thru lanes were long. Ok covid, pass 1, I drove up to the menu an saw a new pumpkin latte, so I order it, and was quickly told "we dont have any". Pass 2, so i went to plan b and ordered the mocha and sausage biscuit. Simple enough. $5.50. Ok not exactly cheap and by now covid or not I am beginning to run out of patience at this dog and pony show as everyone wants to jump ahead...because they are so dang special. I finally get to the window, and the hired help does an amazing job ignoring me as she pours OJ into paper cups. Meanwhile an arm comes through my window from my back left with my drink. No biscuit. But asking where it was, and ask me to pull forward. Grrr..really two items and you cant get it right. Pass 3. Ohhhh stretching. Itttttt Ten min go by, 5 or 6 customer s leave with their orders and another 3 are sidelined to parking spaces. I did about burst when one of them got their order before me. So I ask the delivery boy when I could expect. He said he had no idea what I ordered. Another 10 min passed. I got a tepid biscuit covid or not, if there were issues they should have kept the customer informed. Or offered some recompense. Definitely not a fan of this Mc Ds.

Enjoy getting your food messed up twice with nobody in line? How about waiting ten min for a medium rare burger saturated in ketchup and some rock hard fries, Go here. Whomever was cooking wed May 15, 2019 around 10:30pm is straight trash. Acting like I'm the one that fucked up, at least give me a milkshake or something, oh yeah... it's broken.

We went to this McDonald's early one morning for 2 bacon egg and cheese McGriddles. Get home and realize they were two bacon egg and cheese biscuits.. the manager was nice about it and put down our names for the next time we came in. Two weeks later we go back and apparently they don't verify correctly because they scratched out our names as if we had already came back for them.. or as they say. We then say whatever just add them on and we will pay for them. Get to the window and are given two caramel coffees instead of vanilla. They seem to not be able to get anything correct around there. Will not be returning to this location ever again.
