I took a youth team here for lunch. The guy fixing their food was giving them less than a handful of rice, meat, etc. as if the food belonged to him. I will not return because the portions were more than not appropriate. By the time I got to the last two girls order, another staff stepped in and added more food to their burritos I fill like we didn't get our money worth.

I have a confession to make: I order only kids meals here because it's such a great deal and just the right amount of food for an adult. While the kids burritos are small, they come with plenty of chips and salsa, a drink and a cookie. That's plenty for me even though I could definitely eat twice as much. To avoid shame and embarrassment, I always order online, pick up the food, and eat outside or take it to go. My only negative comment about this restaurant is the front door needs to be cleaned. Every time it's filthy. Windex, anyone?

I used to be a moes regular. i have to say im pretty irritated by this new guy that's been in here the past 3 times i've been in here. middle age indian man. no offense, but when im paying $20 for a burrito, i expect it to be full. he barely puts a full scoop of anything inside these. it used to be that we would come several days a week and our burritos would be massive. not anymore, and I now maybe come in once or twice a month. fix this please! the manager on the other hand is excellent, but he hasn't made my food in the past 3-5 times i've been here.

By far the worst experience I've ever had at Moe's. The steak was dry, overcooked, and HARD...literally rock hard. The ground beef on the nachos was WAY over salted. There was so much cilantro on the nachos you couldn't even see the nachos. The burrito was falling apart, loosely wrapped, and under filled. I've been eating at Moe's for years in several states in countless locations. I will NOT be returning to this location! ​

If I could give this location zero stars I would. The food and service tonight was terrible. I preferred a stack and was told if I wanted queso on it they would charge me extra. The web site clearly states queso is part of the stack. Ordered a mini-masterpiece for lay son. The girl at the register rang it up as a full size quesadilla. I didn't notice the mistake until after I had paid. They refused to refund my money. Asked for chips with my stack and was told I already had some with the quesadilla. WTF MOES!! Save your money and don't eat here. The young punks working here are rude and don't know how to prepare the food on the menu. The chicken I received was dray as the Sahara. I've attached a picture of the chips I got. As you can see I got the scraps.

I mean where do you start? The meat was dry, and scraping the bottom of the pan. The food didn't look fresh and it didn't really taste fresh either, so I think it's safe to assume it wasn't. What really helped matters was the one broken "coke" machine and another with NO, and I mean absolutely NO regular drinks. ALL DIET or ZERO SUGAR drinks! After a day of travel I just wanted a simple coke, and honestly that why I wrote this. That and the price I paid, which also expected a tip at the counter. Avoid this Moe's.

The food was very good The food server was very slow The prices are a fraud Explain to me how a STEAK meal for 14.49 costs 17.49. You can't add a premium protein upcharge to a meal that's priced to include the meat in the first place!

Finally reached someone by calling the location again. Spoke with manager Kenny who assured me the refund was processed and that they had a systems error. Adding a star because Kenny was calm, knowledgeable of the event and helpful. If all goes well and I get the refund confirmed, I would update this review to 3 stars for prompt resolution of a systems error.

We ordered the stack. It is quite stuffed and as a result is quite filling. The outer crust is sturdy and tasty. We would recommend it for anyone who wants to try something a little out of the box from a burrito.

I went in, and there was no one there at 5 pm. I went to get a quick bite, but it was lacking. Got a veggie burrito with some tofu. That tofu was sitting for a minute. The rice and toppings, including fried onions and peppers. I usually clean my plate when I order because that's just how I was raised. Not this time. I couldn't get halfway, though. The cashier was ranting to me about the last customer. A lady that was coming to pick up the order over heard and said, "Oh my," the salsa saw better days, and so did everything else. I was truly afraid of food poisoning. But in the end the ambiance was lonesome. The guy who was running the grill was picking his nose without washing his hands and went right back to it Welcome to Moe's, well, I think I will say goodbye.
