This franchised business called "Subway" is an OK sub shop. I would prefer the service to be better because sometimes the employees take SO LONG just to get the turkey on it, and then the toppings, they literally have to ask you 3 times for the toppings, and I only get turkey, no cheese, lettuce, onion, banana peppers, and spinach. The place looks like a sub shop and that makes the ambiance about 4 stars because they do have nice pictures lined up on the wall that definitely match with the setting and the food served there! That is like the only thing that deserves a good rating there, but who really cares about what pictures are on the wall:):) That is my review overall two stars. (Just so you know, I found a different sub shop that I like, and it is in my other reviews, so please check that out! (: :))

Went to pick up my online order and the doors were locked. This was 11:15 am on Tuesday 6/24/25. Both doors were locked so I was heading back to my car to call when I noticed my order was sitting outside on top of the trash can in 95 degree heat. Never going back there. I will just go across the street to sheetz

Awful service. Not clean. Charge you more than what your bill is. Can't trust the workers here. Definitely would advise hitting up jimmy johns right beside them or another subway.

Very concerning due to unclean conditions. Out of several items, credit card machine not working. The physical cleanliness and overall condition of the store so compromised report was filed with the department of health.

Used to be a great subway. Not so much anymore. Service seems like they don't really care and just slap together bread. Not all but most.

Was just told to leave this store because I cannot wear a mask due to medical condition. They do not care about my health so they will never again receive my business.

I used to love this location, but the last few times I've stopped in during the evening there has been a group of young men taking up 2 to 3 booths, not eating, just hanging out with an employee who must be their friend. Packs of cigarettes, bundles of cash, and what looked like drug paraphernalia... rough dudes, staring down the customers and taking up space... I won't be back if this is how they run the store now.

Always my favorite Subway location! Kathy George runs a tight ship! The three ladies that waited on my son and I, and the other customers there, were amazing. Very polite and quick. Another customer spilled an enormous amount of iced tea on the floor by our table, and then they walked out. My son went to the counter and told one of the gals working there. She thanked him, and quickly mopped up the mess. Every time we visit this particular Subway, the employees are always smiling and super sweet :) It's clean and bright :)

Just stopped in here to get a sandwich and the toaster is out of order and they are out of spinach!!! How in the world do you run out of spinach and have a broken oven? Staff was very quick. They knocked out a lot of Subs in the few minutes I was there however I do not plan on coming back because I love spinach on my Subs and sandwiches. I also like my Subs toasted. Plenty of other subways in the area that are better managed.
