They are a sleeper in the fast food arena. I used to think of them as the sketchiest fast food because of the mystery meat chili. But I recently have been hitting the one in Hanover 2-3 times a week. Their sausage, egg, and cheese muffins are FAR superior to McDonalds. And the burgers are more flavorful and filling than the cardboard wafers McD's uses. A good choice for fast food that leaves you full not sick....

I stopped here on our drive south. I ordered a caesar salad with chicken and a frosty. I couldn't get the app to work so I paid cash and skipped my perks (free drink etc). Of course I was able to get the app working once I left. Frustrated. My salad was fine as was the frosty.They were courteous so I am not complaining. I hope Wendy's customer service is able to help load my receipt on my app so I can get rewards points. It is a chain and I usually don't frequent chains but when you need to eat something, this sufficed.

Used to be a regular here when I worked up the street. It's gone downhill since. They have one person working the counter, in slow motion. The floor is super slick (greasy) the tables were not clean. It sure about their COVID protocols are either, not super confident in this location anymore. If you do chose to come, be prepared for a long wait.

Terrible avoid at all costs. Takes 20minutes to get an order and they serve all the cars that come through first before inside. the drive through line had 8 cars so we went inside to order, they served all those cars first then all the rest of the new cars before even telling them to start our food order. The girl working the front is rude and pompous. I ordered a sour cream baked potato, she asked about 10minutes later if I wanted sour cream and butter. I asked, does sour cream come on the potato already (didn't want to waste taking more), and she replied "I don't know, I don't eat here". Well darling, you work here. She was rude and gave smart remarks to everyone on the line so can't take it personally. She also messed up order. Anyways, avoid this Wendy's.

Ordered at the drive in at 10:30. Doors were all locked. Had me park my car because the burger patty wasnt ready and still cooking sat in my car till 1045. At that point i got and tried all the doors which were locked. Banged on the door closest to the drive thru window until an employee finally brought my food. There was no one waiting in front of me. The dining room was locked so there was no one waiting inside for an order. 15 minutes is ridiculous. Have had previous problems there. Would have filled out a survey but i didnt have the store number since i didnt get a receipt. Do not plan on going back.

I've visited this location about a dozen times in the past 2 months, out of convenience, since starting a job nearby. Every single time my order was incorrect. Very frustrating. The service here is pretty slow as well, but it seems like that can often be attributed to staffing.

We love their North Pacific Cod sandwiches! However....there's a price discrepancy in their pricing for this seasonal special. It's not a fortune but the lower price was not honored. In fact, I was told that $3.69 + $.30 = $4.29. Food was great. Service wasn't so hot.

The food was tasty, following the recipes crafted by Dave Thomas for decades. Granted, I only ever get 4 things from Wendy's and they are pretty hard to screw up: frosty, Caesar side salad, spicy chicken nuggets, and chili. But enough about the food. The reason I was motivated to write this review is because of an employee at this location named Larry. He is by far one of the most pleasant fast food employees I have ever encountered. He greeted me so warmly and had a fun conversation with me during my short wait for my food. I wish more people in a sales position were as friendly as Larry.
