Ordered online for pickup a salad and a half salad half soup. The woman making the salads was on her phone the whole time. Our food was ready earlier than expected, which is a good thing, but unfortunately they forgot the dressing for both of the salads. Despite the dry salad they still tasted alright. The broccoli cheese soup looked watery but still tasted good. My salad also came with a roll which was decently fresh. Another qualm I have is that I substituted the chicken for tofu and was up charged $2. Overall I think this place was overpriced.

my wrap was not cut and my salad had a rubber piece in it. very disappointing for a place that is normally decent especially after spending 55 dollars in there for 3 wraps and a salad. This locations has gone very downhill since they switched owners years ago.

Advertising a warm bowl option and the entire salad was ice cold. I wound up microwaving the entire thing because the cold grains were too deep in the salad to scoop out and warm by themselves. Very disappointed and I don't plan on eating here again.

Stopped at this location yesterday on my way home. I got my usual Chicken Ceasars salad, added cucumbers. Asked for my dressing on the side. The girl filled 1 tiny cups (2oz) of dressing. I asked how come it was so small. She said they changed many things. I said oh wow, the 2 other locations I go to always have the bigger cups. I got (bought) 2 extra dressings. I usually get 2 total on the side but at the location on Welsh Rd and Bensalem they use the bigger 3 or 4oz dressing cups. For 2 extra dressings and added cucumbers My total came just under $20. I looked at my receipt and was charged 2.29 for the cucumbers (which was a very little amount ) and an additional $1.99 for each dressing. I have no problem with paying extra to add an additional topping or dressings but the prices at this location to add them is my issue is. Prices went up for everything. I get it but for a almost a $20 salad I'll pass. I'll never pay that much again. It was fresh and tasted good but just so little for the money.

This location got a modern facelift and new management and I am in love. It's conveniently located in the Huntingdon Valley Shopping Center. I can't believe how much more seating there is now. It's just a really comfortable space and the colors on the wall are vibrant and welcoming. I ordered the Fire Roasted Cabo salad but substituted the chicken for tuna instead. The woman behind the counter making my salad was pleasant. She didn't skimp out on ingredients. There was a hefty amount of lettuce. She asked if I wanted a light, medium or heavy amount of dressing mixed in. I checked in when we were about to pay and an offer popped up for 10% off my order. It said I had to show an employee or manager at the location to redeem. I presented the offer and she told me it was valid for take-out orders only but she still honored it for me in store. Bathrooms were clean and fully stocked with soap, paper towels and toilet paper, too.

I came to Saladworks because I needed a quick meal. The salad was horrible. It smelled old, and didn't taste any better. The soup was good and the customer service was wonderful, but the smell and taste of the old salad was really disappointing. It wasn't worth the trip.

I don't understand when you buy something you can't sit down. First of all it's completely empty in there workers sit in the back and don't know how to talk to people. My guy looks like he depressed and overpriced 3.50 for a fountain drink?

I ordered a salad and Buffalo chicken panini, some of the salad options looked like they were from the bottom of the barrel. The panini had 1 deli slice of chicken on it. For the pice they charge, there should be more than just a single piece of deli meat.

I stop at Saladworks often for lunch. I used to eat at this location previously and had a terrible experience. Ownership changed and so did the service and quality. The employees are wonderful and the salad was better then expected. This is a go to location.
