Clean and easy pick up. Not much to add on service as it was pick up. But they did not forget sides. Food was good, but a bit expensive.

I had an issue with not adding the Steak to my Steak & Wake, the morning Manager gave me a difficult time over the phone when I requested a refund. I went there after work & the evening Manager Kelly was more than accommodating, kind & generous not only did She give me my money back but also offered me a Danish!! That's what I call EXCELLENT Customer Service & this will keep the customers coming back, She is appreciated 100%!!!!!

We are done with this Panera, waiting for 10 minutes for anyone to come to counter, we had to ask if the order counter was even open, then waited another 5 minutes. Coffee either gone or barely lukewarm, tables always filthy. If you order at kiosk they won't give you a coffee cup until order is ready... it's just not worth the aggravation.

I really wanted to let this go and NOT be a Karin but, sheeeeeesh, this Panera in Jenkintown is truly AWFUL and we will never return after this last experience. We went tonight and every single worker was MEAN and MISERABLE number one. Like, angry that they had customers and refusing to even extend the courtesy of speaking lol. They were OUT OF ALMOST EVERYTHING (without any notification) we ordered and, as a result, decided to just throw my soup in a cup rather than the bread bowl bc they didn't have any left. When I asked about it, I was told - void of any apology or concern - that there "is none" and wasn't even offered any compensation. I could go on - especially about how dirty it also was - but it's too much to even think about. Please do yourself the favor of just skipping this location and drive to the one in Willow Grove where the workers act civilized and the food is actually available.

Yuck! greeted by dirty windows and it did not get much better! No one behind the counter, bread shelves empty! The place was a mess, bread item not available? The floors were filthy and the rugs worse! So unappetizing! The salad I ordered was limp and wet, the 1/2 sandwich horribly put together! We remarked as we left that we believe Panera is closing soon by both granddaughters(ages 12 and 10). What a waste of money-truly awful!

Panera Bread in Jenkintown, PA is the worst. I ordered the Half sandwich with a salad. The chicken bacon ranch sandwich was very salty with too much dressing. The southwest salad was tasteless. Even worse I think I got food poisoning from the meal as I have had stomach troubles for the last two days since eating the meal.

This was my 2nd visit in the past year, and conditions were worse this time. Nice, helpful employees is the only reason it doesn't get 1 star. 4:00pm, so between lunch and dinner rush. Everything was super dirty. Ugh. From outside the store, to the vestibule, to the bakery/register area to every. stinking. table. and my flatware. Ummm . . . I think I'm done here.

I used to come here almost everyday during my lunch break! With an hour off, I always had enough time to drive over, order, and eat without feeling rushed (and still had time to stop by Whole Foods a few stores down). The food at this location was always fresh, and the service was always polite and fast. I liked to sit down to eat because the eating area was always clean and quiet.

Panera is a staple, always the same, nothing too crazy. This was no exception, the staff was polite and moved quickly. The food tastes the same, which is perfect for a quick bread-filled lunch on the go.

Horrible service! Overpriced and Dirty! Panera is really going downhill! The floor and tables were filthy, the person working the counter couldn't be less interested in being there or to take our order. Order was for 2 Mac-N-Cheeses, 2 fountain drinks and one cookie. Then we were told they ran out of bread!? It's literally Panera Bread!! How is that possible? We were asked if we wanted a fruit cup or apple chips instead. We picked 2 bags of apple chips and sat down to wait for our name to be called as it was an eat-in order. All the tables were dirty and there was food and debris all over the rug. 15 minutes later we approached to ask about the order only to find out it was sitting there in a to-go bag getting cold. The sides in the bag...one apple and a bag or regular chips? We asked the cooks if there was bread and they respond they "had some" and that they "stop serving it after a certain time". We also asked about the to-go bag for an eat-in-order and they told us they didn't want to dirty any bowls or silverware "at this time of night". Note - we ordered at 7:45 and they close at 9pm! $32 and the nerve to ask for tip on screen! Will never go here again. Panera you need to start training your people better.
