Went in for breakfast because I had to make sure my sandwich had NO EGGS due to allergies. A nice associate named "Momo" helped me by showing me how to use the kiosk. She was very nice & professional with a great big smile. My order was correct & she even explained the breakfast sauce that was on it. The location was clean & tidy. The music was calming which made the atmosphere welcoming. I will return again‼

the food is great here I've been going to this McDonalds for 5 years and it's gotten better over the years and is now hitting different but this is my personal opinion. There service is really good and even if they mess up your order they will still let you to keep the meal they messed up. This Mcdonalds is a good place to study and get lunch its manly quiet and calming.

I've only been through the drive thru. But the customer service is top notch. I've been to this Mcdonald's at least 4 times and all 4 times I've had nothing but great customer service. The friendly, professional voice. The good morning before taking my money. I've had nothing but great things to say about the customer service at this location

I came in to get a #6, a female in the back came to register with an attitude with a male customer in front of me. She took my order with the same unpleasant attitude. When I finally got my food, the tea was 3/4 filled, the fish filet was thrown in the box. I asked for the supervisor, who was in the restroom on the phone. When she finally came out, she too had an attitude because I wanted my food to look appetizing and not thrown in the box. She asked where was the sandwich, I told her the young lady took it. The manager (who was cooking fries, making sandwiches without a hairnet, and frilly hair flying all around) served me another cold sandwich. After waiting in a fast food place for 17 minutes and food is still cold. McDonald's need to be ashamed of themselves and this owner needs to get into his/her into their business, train their people with customer service, and serve safe food. A cold fish sandwich is nasty, especially for $9.70.

This McDonald's is not ready for prime time. Either their registers are not set up properly or the workers have no idea how to operate them. I am a big user of the McDonald's APP! By using the APP you can earn free McCafe drinks, every six McCafe purchase you get one free, coffee or shake. This is if you use the APP at the time of purchase. There is a code to enter if they cannot scan the APP but I was told their registers are not set up for that. REALLY? Two days a week I go to this McDonald's and there is always a problem with the register or they don't have the 'free' item offered by the APP such as the Peach Smoothie. I have contacted the corporate office who appeared willing to help with a resolution. I was wrong! Two weeks after my initial contact the corporate office followed up to ask if anyone contacted me. They had not, they offered another apology and stated they will contact the owner again. Two months later no one has called and the registers at times still do not work and for the third time they did not have Peach Smoothies. They don't care! Luckily on the way to work there is another McDonald's! The only upside are the two female workers on the drive thru in the morning on Monday and Tuesday. The one taking the order is young 25 or younger and the other a mature woman, they are very nice!

This McDonald's is convenient to go to, and it is very clean. The service is hit or miss. Mornings seem to be the best time to come here. If I swing by in the evening I always notice the drive thru has lots of staff, but the order still gets messed up. Tonight I saw my small cup of coffee pass two sets of hands and it was ice cold when they gave it to me. That meant that someone poured it cold and then put cream and sugar in it. Only one example. The food taste is McDonalds and McDonald's always tastes like McDonalds - nothing to review about that.

This location just opened a few days ago and so far it has left a great impression. Two drive up lanes. Plenty of parking off busy Baltimore Ave. They share a lot with Goodwill. The inside In modern with cool decor. There are booths and high tables. There are two cashiers which only take orders. Other employees give us the food. The digital menu boards are cool but switch too fast for me :) The food is McDonalds which is the same at all McDonalds. We will be back.
