I really like Popeye's Chicken, but seriously why do they consistently fail to include napkins when I go to the drive-thru? Excuse me, it's FRIED CHICKEN! It's greasy. It's messy. It's impossible to eat with a knife and fork. There's no way to eat fried chicken without getting your hands dirty. Give us some damn napkins!

This is one of the best Popeyes I have ever been to. I experienced thier drive thru too and Their customer service is top notch. I had a problem with my order and Shaun was so patient with me. SHOCKED by the low reviews. I ordered online here and picked up almost immediately and they were already ready! Workers here were quick and helpful, not rude at all. The chicken here was freshly fried, and the tenders were fantastic. Also got a couch chicken sandwich here that totally hit the spot. The tables here aren't the CLEANEST, and there honestly were not many people sitting here, but it wasn't much worse than any other fast food joint. I'd go back!

I stopped by Popeyes just five minutes before closing, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. My food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious--like they had just opened, not about to close. Great service and even better chicken!

It's been a long time since I've been here but I was craving fried chicken during this Covid outbreak . I was the second in line in the drive through but it took forever until I moved up. Again waited a long time till they took my order, so long that 4 more cars lined up behind me. The guy behind me just started yelling at me when magically, a voice appeared and took my order. Oddly, they told me they didn't have enough coins to give me back my entire change. I see now in a recent review that same thing happened. Very suspicious. The actual chicken was heavily breaded with almost no meat. No need for me to return here.

Hot and fresh has been my experience there. I suggest you use the coupons posted on the google site to save a few bucks. Although the chicken is above average in taste, the size of the chicken has gotten smaller. Make sure to buy more than you would usually eat or you will be hungry later. The cole slaw is very tasty. The red beans and rice are a personal favorite but an unusual taste. If you have not tried it before only order a small portion to see how your taste buds feel about it. The biscuits are fabulous, especially when hot!

I love Popeyes hot wings but every single time I go they tell me I can't get them. Either they don't have any or once (just ONCE) after ordering a dozen hot wings I was told I could not have 12 - only 6?! What? Last time I went I was told they only had 2 hot wings and that I could not order 6 wings - only 5 (total) So I took the 2 and then got 3 plain. (for 12.00)! They were out of the ghost wings which Popeyes was promoting. When I got to the window to pay, they had NO idea what I had ordered and when I asked why I can't get 6 wings anymore (I always had in the past) I was told - ONLY 5! (rudely). Never again...too many other options within 1/4 mile radius. Buh bye Popeyes

Popeyes: Where slow cooking meets Louisiana Fast. Oh how I was mistaken. Let's begin with the staff. There were approximately 3 employees during the lunch rush, all of which were overworked, overwhelmed and just downright confused. My office is about 5 minutes away with traffic during this time, so my coworkers and I all figured we would order and then bring our food back (partially because it was about 20 degrees inside the restaurant). We each ordered the new crispy chicken sandwich, which some people are saying is a contender to Chick-fil-A (it's not by the way). Timeline of events: Arrive at 11:35am Orders placed 11:35-11:50am Food arrives for each person in 10-15 minute increments 12-12:30pm. I was the lucky one who ordered last whose order was forgotten and had to say something. An overwhelmed, overworked man quickly packed up my sandwich and fries (forgetting my biscuit until I reminded him) and handed me my food like he had just tossed a hot potato. No apology, no coupons, no nothing. Just a bunch of disgruntled, customers waiting for their food and watching the minutes tick by. This is an hour that I will never get back... So what can be done? Hire more people? Not take 45 minutes to assemble a few fast food sandwiches? Burn the building down and start over again? I'll tell you what I told my coworkers throughout the duration of our time here, what I said in the car, and what I said back in the office: NEVER again

We love Popeye's chicken and have visited their locations across the country when we travel. We are currently in NJ and was craving them so we ordered from this location last night. Got to the drive thru at 9:20pm (they close at 10pm) and were told that they were out of fried chicken, but had tenders available. We went ahead and ordered 2 of their 11-piece tenders specials. Took the food back to our hotel and was shocked when we opened the box of chicken. The tenders were blackened and super dry, as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours! The meat was so dry that it felt as if we were eating cardboard. My kids could barely finished one tender because they couldn't chew the meat. Absolutely horrible experience. I hope this location gets the training that it is better to throw away old chicken rather than serve them and lose customers. So very disappointed!
