Love this place!! They always mess up the order so if you go through uber eats or Grubhub you get a free meal!! Yes they are incompetent and they probably are illiterate and should work for well I don't even know where but free food because they are stupid and incompetent hey what can you say?!?! I feel bad for the owner who is losing money for hiring these people but you get what you pay for.

Wow...I keep trying to get it right with this location and the company in general. I live close and work weird hours so I find myself eating from here more than I should. I don't want to be negative because it's not really about the employees...it's the owner/ manager and even more pointedly, the corporation, stockholders the brand affiliates..My brother-in -law managed about 13 stores in Florida, so I care a bit about the brand cause it's connected to my family. At the St Joe's City Ave location the employees are stressed out and are NOT happy to be working there. There is a bit of turnover cause I rarely see the same faces on repeat visits. I have always eaten the food I paid for there and never got sick.It generally tastes good. This issues I have are: Bad owner manager customer service training efforts. Grey skies aura enveloping the store. Order accuracy- Orders usually not right. Fried chicken breast instead of grilled, no bacon on bacon sandwich. Missing items, wrong drink and tea is always sweet even if you order unsweet. undercooked fries, no napkins in bag and again the poor unhappy staff are like deer in headlights regarding customer service skills. The online ordering process is dysfunctional. Employees seem surprised when you tell them you ordered and paid online in store or the drive thru. Order is never ready but the app makes no promises and has poor communication regarding the status of order. Try looking at WAWA or even McDonalds apps for better examples. This store oddly does not give receipts. You should always ask for one and keep them for your Wendy's I love MOM journal. Dang...things really could be great at this store if a person with power in the company gave a shit about people. I wish I could manage this store (and the company) cause I would really at the most highest priority just be nice and helpful to my fellow humans. I love you . Wendy's marketing and brand feel is sooo lacking. This country dearly needs a friend in the fast food industry. Wendy is sad. Her mom loves her and says it is all going to be okay if you just treat everyone like you are their moma and feed them food you would eat yourself.

Came in with my 12 yo daughter who, lately, literally looks like It from the Addams Family; she's in her emo phase. It's been a rough for her lately. Well, the girl working behind the counter, the minute we walked in said, "I like your style!" to her, and I could tell it meant the world to her. Those 4 words were so kind and much appreciated. Thank you to her, I didn't catch her name. The food was good also.

Clever of them not to give receipts so that you can't provide the internal review to Wendy's. So, to Yelp I go. They never have bottled water, they randomly upcharge you saying that it's "standard policy" unless you request to only get the items as ordered, and despite agreeing to give an unsweetened iced tea, it will 100% of the time be sweetened. Occasionally, the food is decent, but often it's stale or old-seeming. There's another Wendy's a couple miles away at 77th and City, and that one is significantly better.

I gave this place multiple chances and got fucked over twice. The first time I got a jr.baconator with fries and 4 piece nugget. I never got the nuggest. I let it slide that time this time I ordered off of door dash and it said the food was ready, I went to go pick it up and they told me they never got the order or made it. And they didn't even make it and told me " sorry big dog " and I walked off. Luckily I got my refund. But I'm never coming back here again ,yall got it.

The absolute worst. The people working there must be illiterate or they do it on purpose. This is the worst wendys in the universe i literally downloaded yelp just to warn people. Ive ordered a bunch of times because its close and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME they mess up the order. So save yourself the money, time & anger.

1 start is way too too high for this Wendy's. The service is beyond horrendous. You get to stay in line for up to 15 minutes, you get to order and wait for another 5 minutes and rather than they taking your order they go ahead to tell you to shut up because you're on the phone. The rudeness and audacity. What the heck kind of service is this? If they can talk to customers this way I really don't want to know what they do with your food. It is ridiculous. I'm at a loss for words. This place is horrible. The other time I went there we were in line for a while and when we got to the order window they said they were closed and it wasn't their closing time. This place is a total dump. Does not feel Like a Wendy's at all.
