We were invited to an intimate wedding of about ~50 people for a friend of mine at the Flourtown Country Club. The location was about 45 minutes from the city of Philadelphia. The country club was tucked in a residential area and had all the accommodations for a large or small event. As we are still in the midst of the pandemic the event was outside for the most part and all the attendees had to be fully vaccinated (not sure if that was a requirement for the country club). There was an outdoor cocktail hour on the balcony facing the golf course. Drinks were flowing along with delicious appetizers. Then the main event was on the golf course in a very intimate location, the setup was beautiful and so was the ceremony of love! Then there was the dinner under a tent close to the pool (with a lifeguard on duty in case anyone took an unplanned dip). The food was served inside (masks were required) and the tables were under the tent. The food was delicious and plentiful. The drinks continued to flow and while the speeches were great, the next main event was the dance floor (also under the tent outside). Great location, great people, lots of love, and an absolutely great time!

I had my wedding here and I absolutely loved it! I tried to contact several venues and they were not returning any of my calls or emails. Then I met with Flourtown Country Club and they were the most professional venue. They answered all of my questions prior to even asking them. They made everything so easy. The wedding specialist Bunny, was wonderful. She was always easy to reach. On the day of the wedding they constantly offered me food and they kept up with the timeline. This is super important because the day goes by so quickly. Everything went so smoothly that the wedding venue was the least of my worries that day. A few of our guests are notorious complainers and even they had a great time.

I was here for a child's first birthday party, and everything was pretty great! It wasn't hard to find with the GPS, but on the way there it doesn't really feel like you're going to a country club, because it's right in the middle of a residential area. All the food was great (including dessert, although some were a little sweet for my taste), the venue was beautiful, and the staff were friendly. Everyone had a good time!

We went to a wedding here yesterday. Boy are we lucky that we could walk home after drinking all day. Even though this place is right around the corner, we had never had the pleasure/opportunity to go here. The old building is set to a picturesque backdrop of mature trees and a golf course. There is a swim club, and catering facilities. The decor was nice and not cheesy. The food was above average. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a big event such as a wedding or party here.

I had my wedding here last weekend and could not have been happier with our choice of venue. We had our ceremony outside and then rode golf carts to the pond to get our photos. The food was terrific and the setting is beautiful indoors and outdoors. Not stuffy and out-of-date like some other clubs. The staff was well prepared and the day moved along seamlessly. Many or our guests had positive comments about the service and food as well. If you are looking for a beautiful wedding venue, I highly recommend the Flourtown Country Club.

I just wanted to take a moment relay what a fantastic job Flourtown Country Club did in handling our event on 6/29/2018. We had a 50th birthday party for my wife and the food was wonderful, the service was excellent and the presentation was impeccable. From their bartenders, to their chefs, to their waiters and waitresses, everyone was helpful and accommodating. We had approximately 115 guests and the entire event was planned and carried out without a hitch. This is the second event that Flourtown Country Club has done for us and we are looking forward to finding a reason for a third!!

This review is based on a wedding I attended here and their accommodations towards vegans. I requested on my RSVP for a vegan dish for me since none of the dishes accommodated me. This was the best accommodation for a wedding I've been to thus far. They made an awesome Asian tofu and veggie platter that was absolute delish. When the servers came around they knew immediately someone at our table ordered this. Others around me too commented how good it looked. But overall a very beautiful venue for a wedding and we enjoyed ourselves!

Celebrated my Grandmother's 100th birthday with 150 family and friends at FCC on January 27. lovely venue, helpful coordinators (thanks Dawn and Bunny!), good food (loved the scallop/bacon appetizers) and friendly, polite, efficient servers. Made for a w-o-n-d-e-r-f-u-l experience that we'll be talking about for quite awhile.

We had our wedding here 19 years ago. FCC was beautiful place and we had exceptional service and it seems to still be true! It's so nice to know this Family and friends still talk about our wedding at the FCC. If I could give another star I would.

My daughter and son-in-law made a great choice when booking this venue for their wedding. Bunny and her staff were the best I've ever encountered. Efficient, accommodating, and more importantly the BEST customer service. The food and servers (and bartenders) were the awesome! would highly recommend them to anyone.
