I had my dinner delivered to my hotel tonight. No problems with the delivery at all. I ordered three things - a pint of hot and sour soup, Sha Cha Beef extra spicy, and a soft drink. I actually got four things, because there was also an egg roll in my delivery bag and I'm pretty sure it was a freebie. But I'm not 100% sure because their menu didn't list drinks or prices, and there was no itemized bill. But as we say at work, I'll presume positive intent. The H&S Soup is something I always have, and this one was quite schizophrenic. It was absolutely loaded with huge slabs of tofu, plenty of big mushroom slabs, pork slices, plus slivered celery and assorted veggies. Zero issues there. The weak link was the broth -it was thin and bland and quite a disappointment. The egg roll was just average -heavy on shredded cabbage and little else. Sha Cha Beef was a nice portion of meat with fried rice, carrots, broccoli, baby corn, and water chestnuts. It had a single "hot pepper" on the menu and I asked for very very hot. It came out very very not. It was a major disappointment in the old Zip Department. My takeout order came with a bag of fried noodles which I didn't need but no napkin which I kind of did need. So, all in all, it wasn't the very best takeout experience. But if you were hungry and tired after a 7-hour drive, it was OK.

The food is horrible and chicken wings covered in fried feathers. There's a rude kid on the phone and a crazy man screaming in the background. 0 for rating!!!

they are very dirty and don't take time to prepare their food when eating I found 3 pieces of broken glasses in my food.

Their food's just not very good. Too bad, we could really use good Chinese takeout nearby, but this is not the place. I would try them again if they were under new management.

I just left this place and when I walked in the lady was digging in her nose. So before I ordered I watched to see if she would go wash her hands, I think the look on my face showed her that I was already disgusted. She did go in wash her hands but instead of ordering a meal I just ordered a shrimp roll and a cheesesteak roll (something that didn't require her touching with her hands). I get home and bit into my cheesesteak roll and it's completely raw. As much as I love Chinese food I will NEVER order from here again! And as I was walking out the door I see her digging in her nose AGAIN!! Just plain nasty!!

Is this even food? It's that bad. I'd give zero stars if I could. Ordered chicken and string beans and the chicken had a weird taste and texture. Cut some apart and found it was more breading or something that looked like breading than actual chicken. Threw the rest out. Felt sick afterwards. Have had their fried chicken, and that was just bleh. Won't be ordering again. I wish I had taken a picture of the faux chicken for this review.

This place is the worse! I moved to the area in 2017 and figured I'd try this place because it's so close. The food was HORRIBLE!! How do you mess up shrimp fried rice? I will never go here again!! And the lady is rude. Horrible customer service!

It's a hot mess when you go in but for what it is, it's good. Great WonTon soup. Great dumplings!! Super convenient. Prices are very reasonable. You're not at a five star restaurant it's Chinese take out!
