Dallas and Jenny and Courtney were all amazing. They accommodated our party for my daughter's birthday. This place deserves more credit than is currently shown. My entire family from parents from Canada and brother and sister travelled and they made us all feel great. Dallas was engaging with the children and Jenny was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Courtney knew we where coming late and pushed the time back because she saw it was for my daughter

This was so horrible I would never recommend going here. I love hibachi but this was the worst experience I've had in a very long time. The worst part was there is a $7 upgrade charge for fried rice.... If you didn't pay you just got plain steamed rice on your plate and then the okay zucchini and onions with your meat. There wasn't even broccoli. And it was still $40 for chicken. Just horrible don't waste your money I promise

Food was alright for a run down beaten up restaurant. Staff is very slow, manager wasn't very welcoming. The one chef Frank was a rockstar great guy, the only bright spot on an abysmal restaurant.

Upon walking in i was not greeted. I sat at the bar still no greeting. Menu was just handed. I was the only one there. They open at 11 am. It's 11:32 am and the women's bathrooms appears that hasn't been cleaned in MONTHS the smell is apparent from the bar as well.. mid service mid food. tipped for literally nothing should have just gotten take out.. Was told I would receive a follow up and haven't lol. horrible never again

We were visiting from Los Angeles and was craving Benihanas. The service was amazing from our waiter Armando. He was attentive and very nice. We also had chef Kyrie. He cooked a delicious meal and was very clean when cooking!

DO NOT ORDER FOOD HERE!! Absolutely disgusting. I only ordered from here because take out/delivery reviews were not bad and i had a giftcard. I should of went with all the horrendous reviews on here. First i set a pick up time of 9:00 and got there at 9:01 to be told my food was not ready. It was finally ready around 9:20. No biggie ... except they were not busy. The food was literally inedible. It was so disgusting and tasted soaked in butter and grease. I am NOT a picky eater by any means but when you spend $76 on food you expect to get some good tasting food. The first picture is $48.50 worth of food. Didnt even get rice with it i (even though its supposed to be included) had to order that seprate. And it was straight butter on rice with one pice of shrimp chopped up on top . The sauces are TERRIBLE and taste nothing like yum yum sauce. I also ordered a california roll thinking if the rest isnt great i can always eat that cause i mean who messes up a california roll. First piece was ok so tried another and literally spit it all out. I guess sitting it on the counter for however long before i came to pick up may of done that. When i called to complain and asked for money back (i actually said i dont want the gift card amount back just the $25 i paid.) The manager who mumbled into the phone told me that i had to drive the 20 minutes back with the food and they can replace it or refund me. I asked if he was going to pay for my gas too since they wanted me to drive all the way back. This place needs to be put out of buisness. I eat hibachi alot and this is by far the most disgusting thing ive ever eaten. I will say the host when I walked in was very nice and polite and was also polite when i called. Thats about all they get from me.

Don't go - we waited two hours to be served before giving up. We tried to be good sports for a while but two hours is ultimately too much. I don't blame the staff, I'm sure they are trying and this is a nightly occurrence so they are burnt out. I added the photo of the bathroom.

The scheduling is unorganized. The cook took food from off of another guess plate. Then, continued to cook on the same grill, with the same utensils. It was my daughter sweet 16, from Hell's Kitchen. Terrible experience.

Poor service, too much clowning around and talking over the food by the chefs, we had Sharon, she was annoying and a corny comedian, I did not come here for comedy, I will definitely not return, word to the wise for Sharon, NEVER overstep someone's boundaries. you don't know what people have going on in their lives, and Sharon should never tell someone how to react, if they're happy or not. Poor job Sharon maybe the Karens appreciate you. I didn't and don't!

We came in late on Thanksgiving for a family meal. We all traveled from different states to be here. The service was great, very friendly and patient with our large group. The restaurant was not busy and many tables were dirty. The staff were doing the best to answer questions about one of our party being gluten free. It was questionable if they received a meal free of gluten. The food itself was ok. Nothing great. The GF person said her food was bland and not worth the price. It was apparent the cook at the table was ready to leave. He performed the cook without flair or enthusiasm. This is understandable but disappointing to the kids at the table. Overall, the price we paid was not worth the meal we had.
