James is AMAZING. He makes it personable and each time he makes sure my food is safe, as a celiac, and delicious!! His service is so kind and takes precautions even though he doesn't have to :) he is the sole reason me and my boyfriend come to Wendy's!!!! After months of listening to the Wendy's early morning commercials on KYW News Radio for their $3 breakfast meal, we FINALLY got to stop by and try it. It was wonderfully produced as advertised! The sandwiches were good, the eggs were REAL, and those full flavored potato wedges topped off a very enjoyable meal! THANKS FOR DOING IT RIGHT!!

Dont even bother with this place. If I could give them negative stars I would. First off Saturday night July 15th after pre-ordering my meal before I left my hotel I waited for 30 minutes in the drive through only to get to the speaker and the girl tells me she will be with me in one moment. 10 minutes later still nothing clearly frustrated I roll up to the window to see like what's going on. She tells me that they are having a shift change. As someone who worked and managed an wendys during college l knew that was bs. When I called her out on it she asked me if I wanted a application. Then told me if I wanted my food I'd have to get back on the drive through line. Idk where they got nasty little runt from but my God she was a piece of work too from the eye rolling, over sized eye lashes and gum chewing I felt like I was in some ghetto 90s BET movie. All she was missing was the wig. She was just unprofessional and nasty after that encounter I canceled my order. This was around 10:15pm to 10:54pm. As someone who always chooses wendys first I'd never go back here. FYI- when to checkers after and according to them this is a common occurrence. I watched so many car drive off they need new staff cause they are losing so much business.

Almost comically bad drive through. Waited almost 35 minutes to get around to the window, THEN they tell me they are cash only. Fries were the wrong size, and cold. Not warm--actually cold, like 45 seconds after driving away. Also gave the wrong sauces after asking what I wanted. Stay away, don't waste your time.

My food has been right at this location maybe 3 times. Every time I come here, either the wrong things are put on my sandwiches or I leave with unsatisfactory food. The last few times I ordered baconator fries, I received WHOLE PIECES of bacon strips on my fries. Tonight I went there & ordered my usual, asking them to please make sure the bacon was broken up as advertised as my previous visits I was given whole bacon. The employee laughed and said okay and I thanked them, thinking they were taking care of the order but found humor in my situation, which is fine. I reviewed my order swiftly and assumed all was well, only to get home and see that there was absolutely TWO SHREDS OF CHEESE on my baconator fries which should've been served covered with cheese sauce. This is literally regular fries tossed with bacon. At this point, I'm sick of the half ass service this place gives and I'm tired of being understanding after every visit. Very poor business management for late visits and it shows in the quality of work!
