Disappointing Experience - Won't Be Returning This was my second attempt at giving this place a chance, but unfortunately, the service has been consistently poor. I came for dinner and to watch the game, and while the atmosphere was nice and the lounge has potential, the service was extremely lacking. We got a table quickly after asking for it to be cleaned off, but once seated, we sat for over an hour without being served. I even tried to order hookah while waiting, hoping to at least enjoy that while we watched the game, but had to track down a waitress just to ask for help. Even after that, nothing happened. The place was crowded, which I understand can cause delays, but the complete lack of attention and follow-through was unacceptable. After waiting so long with no service, we ended up leaving. I really wanted to like this place, but after two disappointing visits, I won't be back.

Welp I went there in person to inquire about using the venue for a Pride month body art event. Upon inquiry I was asked to host an event there for the upcoming (2 weeks later...) manyunk art festival by the owners. 0 communication leading up to, no text reply or verbal communication. On day of i the festival, with several models who took off work to be there suddenly i get a short text at last min saying "not today is too busy." Despite the fact that was the purpose of doing the event there at their venue. That was rude and very unprofessional. I spent days off work preparing for the event just to be let down hard. I try to keep faith in brown people. But once again the nigga shit happens. I would not recommend planning any important events here. They don't have a liquor license so they gotta charge u to byob and hookah like $50. Hope this helps many!

Absolutely unacceptable. What should have been a relaxing evening turned into a nightmare when the owner physically assaulted a guest during a disagreement. This kind of violent and unprofessional behavior has no place in any establishment. The staff intervened but at what cost? They were fighting the guests as well and management showed zero accountability. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs. Safety should never be in question when you're out trying to enjoy yourself. && the food sucks. I'm a Chef I should know.

I was there on Saturday night for a friend birthday party and my experience was horrible. They say the bar is upscale but there is nothing UPSCALE about it. First its a BYOB and you have to pay $20 to bring it in. That wasn't a problem, very understandable. The bar was so pack you could not enjoy yourself comfortably. They didn't check anyone ID and there were some people there who looked young. Security told people that it was max to capacity but yet they still let people in. Confused. There was a scuffle between the security and a customer. Security escorted him out, but then they let him back in 10 mins later. Confused. The worst part was security was moving people to the back of the bar to create an illusion to L and I that the bar was not a safety hazard. I left after they that. I will not return. For a lounge in Manayunk, I was not expecting that type of vibe.
