Third time getting pizza here and it never disappoints! First of all, the speed between ordering and ready-time for the food has improved so much. Usually, it takes a good 35-40 minutes for 2 pizzas to be done, but it's almost been cut in half. By the time it took me 20 minutes to find two matching socks, I got the text that my food was be boxed and ready to go. My favorite part about their pizza is the flavor of the tomato sauce and the crust. The crust has this slight buttery taste to it, without overpowering the toppings. I usually order a pepperoni and a spinach combo. What I learned quickly is that it's literally 5 bucks cheaper to order the same pizzas from the menu special section instead of just individual. I was doing it wrong the first two times. I haven't tried anything else hear yet, but the pizza so next time I'm definitely ordering the burger lunch special to add to my "try every burger joint in the world" life goal lol

Hi everyone! Best Quality hoagies has fresh onions that taste like an Onion! They also have hot peppers that's really hot! Anyone whose order a hoagie from a food place and your peppers are just for show, the roll is like a card board and the onions are old and has no onion taste can Relate to a Good tasting hoagie!!!

ordered a cheese steak with other items, after eating 3/4 of it I bit into something sharp, I knew immediately what it was. it was a fingernail. I called and the manager, for whatever reason he thought I would want another cheese steak.....no not really wanting to eat anything after experiencing that. no refund. after the delivery of the replacement cheese steak that went into the trash, the manager called and accused me of lying. I will never order from there again.

must admit that my expectation level for this place was pretty low after reading reviews. I only ordered from here after a co worker spoke highly about them. I gave them a try blindly. But I confess the food is pretty good. I ordered 2 pizzaz(beef pepperoni and broccoli and olives) i also ordered 20 buffalo wings. And everything was good. I cant say too many bad things. If i have to give the cons it would be the price and advertisements not aligning. Also the buffalo sauce was thin compared to what I expected. But overall the food was good. Hopefully its consistent. If so I will order from here a lot. Thx for the good food.

Used their QR code via their menu to place an order - said card not working try another card... I do that and it charged me for food on the second card twice after giving me the same error. $42 bill became $84 and so I call and they have no record of my order... "it's a pre authorization charge you will get your money back" - a pre auth is usually .99 to $2.00 not the entire bill. Either way I am now arguing with my credit card company because these .... a..... did not send me my food. I had ordered multiple times previously no issue but the owner/manager did not understand what was happening and now I am out 84 $ and never got my food. I'll give this store 2 stars the only reason i held back from giving it one because the customer service was good. But the food sucks and its to expensive. I ordered a half cheese half ground beef pizza with extra sauce, first of all the pizza was mad dry they didn't give me extra sauce like i told them and the crust taste like cardboard you can tell its premade. I would never comeback to this spot.

Order by phone, order online, delivery or pick up. Either way your food will be hot, flavorful, and exactly the way you like it. I haven't had a thing off their menu that I was disappointed with (Buffalo Wings, Chicken Wings, French fries, hoagies, etc.). If for some strange reason you can't get through or staff seems short with you over the phone, they're definitely busy.
