Bruno's is a great stop after jogging or hiking the Wissahickon trails across the street. I am only reviewing the breakfast options. There is plenty of outdoor seating which great on a nice day. There are some bees (not sure if it was a one time thing) so sitting in the sun room might be the best option. The breakfast menu was very reasonably priced. I got the Father Casey Special and it came out in less than ten minutes. The size-price ratio was great and it tasted quite good. Overall, this was a nice neighborhood stop with very friendly staff and a decent priced menu.

stumbled on this place on the way to morris arboretum and it was the perfect cute diner vibe. good prices, good food. nothing mind blowing, but everyone was nice. things felt a bit hectic but care was taken towards the service and meal. western omelette was good, mushroom better was great. i got bottomless hot tea which had many tea options. sat in the indoor/outdoor patio area which had the best vibe, indoor too loud and dark, outdoor too hot and bright but in the middle area was perfect!

First , I want to say that our waitress was good but that's where it stops. I thought because Gordon Ramsey was here to help maybe it changed and I was willing to try again. The inside hasn't changed other than a lit up sign, the booths are the same, ours was detached from the wall and the seat would lift up when I got up. Old and in desperate need of repair or better yet replacement. I ordered simple scrambled eggs and scrapple. The food arrived and they eggs were not cooked! They were slimy and not very good, they were sent back and they did take the eggs off the bill. The 4.00 scrapple was not a premium brand for sure. Either Gordon was on crack or the owner refused to listen. Very disappointing Will not be back for sure. Such a shame because the location is very beautiful but that's where it stops.

I stopped in today with my two grandkids. We sat outside:-) the service was amazing and within minutes of placing our order, the food came out piping hot and delicious. We ordered dessert and it, too, was served quickly, and with nice big portions. Overall, great food, great service, fair prices served in warm and friendly atmosphere.

went in to get two cheesesteaks with 30 bucks and couldn't even afford it. I ended up getting roast beef sandwiches because it was all I could afford and they were disgusting it used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but now that they had the by Gordon Ramsay everything is overpriced and overrated. This place is stupid

We came to Bruno's many times when we lived in the Philadelphia area but have been out of the area for ten years. We came back this weekend, and I just had to have Bruno's Italian roast pork sandwich with provolone and roasted peppers, and fries. It was truly succulent. My wife had a turkey club sandwich, which was excellent: carved turkey with lots of bacon on lightly toasted wheat bread. We also enjoy the atmosphere, setting, and the porch dining options.

Old time diner in a great location- good music, servers were great- but OMG the prices- crazy- it's time for a major renovation- we got 1 pancake- $5.85 for one flat pancake that looked more like a crepe and tasted like rubber.. sorry- Bruno's..:
