Haven't been here in months and now I remember why. Every time I eat the food I have this oil slick in my mouth for hours and an after taste after for the longest time I can't get rid of. I gotta remember to not come back here again. On this trip I had gift cards so I felt like I had to. But this is my last time for sure. Ended up eating like 3 of the nuggets and a few fries and it never fails- nothing but grease.

Drive through service. Food is prepared fast & hot. Drive through process is always efficient. And every purpose and completed with "my pleasure". It's great to be in a pleasant fast food environment!

The food was what you would expect from chic fil a. The one thing I didn't like about this location was the service. The food took forever to come out so probably won't come to this location again.

The service is so slow! If you order ahead on the app, you wait longer than those that who just pull up and order. And if you happen to get your order before someone in front of you gets their order, you cannot leave until they move! Whoever designed this system is a real ass!

This is my go to chicfila and I'm so glad one opened up closer to me. The food is about the same as the others but I have noticed this location has forgotten sauces or utensils more than usual. I have to double check everything is there before I leave everytime now. I'm also not a fan of the drive thru line. The entrance is in the middle of the parking lot and if it's long, cars can't enter or leave their spaces. I feel like the drive thru line needs to be better managed too. There's been times when I get my food before the people in front of me and I can't leave because I'm blocked in most of the time. I wish there was a way to move around them.

The food was cold. Then, order a chicken sandwich club with bacon. Add that the food was cold, and they didn't put bacon in the sandwich. Then they gave me bacon on the side, not a new sandwich, and the bacon was cold also. I'm done with the sandwich here as the bread was breaking up into pieces. They need to step it up with better bread and food should be hot, not cold.

Had a very bad experience on 12/9 . I ordered 1 gallon of Sweet tea to go. Which I've done here and in many other locations before. I requested 2 LG. Cups of ice. I was asked to come to the register to PAY for the 2 Cups. Never had I been asked to pay for them prior. A manager named Mary Kay got very nasty with me. I explained that I've never paid for Cups before. She said it was corporate. I called corporate on Monday 11th and lodged my complaint. I requested a call back from the store GM or higher-up in the company. No call! I called back 12/15 and was told they would escalate the complaint. As of today 12 21 I'm still waiting for a response. I guess the franchise owner and or the higher up for this company don't care about hearing from or rectifying issues from their customers. Very POOR Customer Service.
