I ordered the ham, apple, and Brie on a croissant. Overall it was delicious, however there was too much mustard on the sandwich. This overpowered it. I waited a long time for my food as well. This location is "express" and located at PHL. If I wasn't super early for my flight I would have been annoyed at the time it took to make my sandwich. It took them 15-20 minutes to make the sandwich. The restaurant was empty at this time as well. I spent $28 on a water and a sandwich with no side. I thought this was rather pricey. I expect some inflated amount, due to being at the airport, but was shocked to see a $19 sandwich and a $6 bottle of water.

Had the most disgusting, tasteless Chicken Greek Salad Rollup yesterday at PHL Terminal B. The tortilla shell was soggy, and it had no dressing and was so dry it was inedible. They used to have good items, but have seen a decline in quality last few times.

This market has a lot of healthy options with a variety of prepared salads, sandwiches, and snack packs (fruit salad at $5, hummus and crakets, cheese sticks, whole fruit, hard boiled eggs at $2 for 2, etc.) BUT, as you can probably guess, it comes at a hefty price. A salad or sandwich starts at $9, and a meal with a drink and a small bag of Sun Chips will easily cost at least $15. That's the price for health, right? Other than that, the food is fresh and it's certainly better for you than a soft pretzel, hot dog, or fast food burger.

Horrible service, horrible self-service app on self serve iPad, rude servers. No customer service to speak of, COLD latte, type a message on the iPad; see if anyone cares. Sad. Avoid. The entire restaurant is on auto-pilot by way of a self serve app. Don't like the service? Then leave because it's your own fault. You are serving yourself.

I was so excited to find this place in the Philly airport. They had all kinds of food that was actually healthy and good! So hard to find decent food in airports. This place kind of sticks out into the terminal aisle, no walls or anything, just a little market with some shelves. I got a vegan vegetable and chic pea spread sandwich on whole grain bread (yum!) and some chocolate soy milk. I was impressed that they had multiple kinds of individually sized chilled soy milk (Silk brand -- choc, regular, vanilla), a variety of sandwiches, cut fruit in packages, veggies. In addition to meal-sized choices, there were also snack-sized choices, so you could really do a lot of mix-and-matching. They had other good things too, but I don't remember and didn't have much time to look around. If I'm ever in the Philly airport again, I'll be sure to go there. The only downside is that it's a little expensive -- $9.99 for my sandwich and drink -- but then, when is airport food ever reasonably priced? At least this was actually quality food -- good tasting and good for me.

Just flew into Philadelphia on the red eye from Las Vegas. It's 6:30am and I'd like to just get a cup of coffee and some eggs. The only way to get served is to go through the iPad app on each counter by CIBO. First, it's morning and they clutter up the menu with choices for lunch and dinner (not available, so why are there?) After 12 button choices I am finally allot to use my credit card by swiping a phony looking card reader (it can't be a scammer right?) I'm hungry, and I need coffee before I retire so I try swiping. No love. I try another card - no love. Three people go through the same exercise - no love. In the middle of all this the app looses my choices and I have to go through the dozen button clicks again- twice. No coffee, no eggs - no love. The manager offers to sell me a gift card for cash (really?) in the hopes it will swipe. I am now 15 minutes into the process that should take no more than 3 minutes, (did I mention I'm hungry and need caffeine?) I walked away. I will avoid Philadelphia as a stop over in the future, and never use a Cibo app agai

I understand this little market is in an airport but it shouldn't be an excuse to provide horrible service. The crew on tonight was just awful. One cashier joking around with 2 guys while there's a big line of people trying to pay for things. Whenever people didn't tip her she would give dirty looks

Great place for when you're on the road traveling and trying to stay healthy!! Yogurt parfaits, along with snack packs that included hummus, carrots, pita & cheese are just a couple of the many many options! Wish there were more of these at other airports!
