The employees were all so nice and helpful. The espresso and cappuccino machine was convenient and made delicious coffee. The filtered water refill stations in the hallways were also very convenient. The building was clean. The elevators are a little slow. When we arrived we could hear people next to us in their room yelling. Wasn't sure if it seemed loud bc of how loud they were being or because of how thin the walls were. We didn't hear them again after that incident. We also never heard the people on the other side of us. The AC worked but not great. We had to turn it as low as it would go to get it comfortable. The shower had wonderful water pressure but the shower head was cracked so it sprayed out of the handle too which was annoying bc it was spraying in a different direction than the head. The bed was a king size but it was just 2 twin size mattresses put together which was a little uncomfortable in the middle where I slept. The tv would glitch and kinda static sometimes so that was frustrating. The hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a hair dryer, extra towels and rags, hanger, dirty clothes bags, coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We just had some minor inconveniences. I would absolutely stay here again.

I stayed at Club Quarters Philadelphia for two nights and had a decent stay. I arrived at this boutique hotel close to midnight. The door was locked and I had to ring the bell to get in. Upon entering the doors, there is nothing and no one, but a set of small elevators. The elevators take you to the actual lobby. To check-in, the representative took me over to a kiosk. It took about two minutes to enter my info, pay, and get my keycard. The lobby has a coffee/espresso machine, sofas, and chairs and tables. My room was on the 6th floor. It was a tiny room with a queen sized bed, desk, mini fridge, and chair. There is not a lot of walking space. The bed was pretty comfortable. The mini fridge seemed to have a cool temp in 2-hour increments. The bathroom was also tiny with a small counter space and a 2x3' standing shower. The shower pressure was better than a lot of other hotels. They provide shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, and body lotion, but no hair dryer. The hotel is located near Rittenhouse Square and in a pretty convenient location. I was able to walk to Reading Terminal Market, Chinatown, Mutter Museum, Liberty bell, among other places. If you have the late night munchies, there is an Asian Food Hall 2 minutes away that closes at 2am.

I can imagine a lot of people not liking Clubs Quarters because it is the definition of a no frills hotel. The rooms and decor aren't fancy. The rooms are small and the bathroom is even smaller, like cruise ship small. The best amenities is free purified water bottles, free coffee, and a decent gym. But for me this just feels like Philadelphia to me. Club Quarters Rittenhouse is an old school building hotel in one of the oldest cities in the United States. The rooms are clean, the elevators work at a decent speed, the gym is functional, staff are efficient but not the friendliest. The location is good, in a good neighborhood. Walking distance to many of the tourist sites. Would I stay again? Absolutely for the lower price. For any more money I'd probably end up staying at one of the more expensive hotels. But being moderately priced compared to many of the hotels in Philadelphia, I think Club Quarters Rittenhouse is good.

This hotel is in a great location. Our room was small, but we still felt like it was a good value because all the things that really matter were done exceptionally well: very clean room, comfortable bed with high quality sheets, nice towels, and a smart tv that was easy to link to our phones so we could watch Netflix. The front desk staff is very warm and friendly. Mateo, in particular, was super helpful. We would definitely stay here again. If you park in the garage they recommend, be sure to get your parking receipt validated to get the discount.

Cute, boutique-style hotel in Center City Philadelphia area. Conveniently located across from a city mall and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and Philadelphia sites and landmarks. Bonus - they just opened. Puttshack golf, game, and food experience across the street. The hotel is clean and sophisticated but modern in decor. Service from the front desk to other staff was super friendly and attentive. Parking options are limited and somewhat expensive due to city location. I subtracted 1 star because the room was a little tight and the tv remote had to be reprogrammed by hotel staff (was done efficiently). Overall, I would say this is a great place for business travelers in the area or those visiting the downtown part of Philadelphia.

I would definitely stay again. In fact I have other hotel rewards programs and this hotel stay convinced me to get CQ rewards. It is centrally located, clean, has a spacious lobby and a fantastic coffee machine with customizable and drinkable coffee. Bed was soft and clean. Work area was great with Nespresso machine. Would have liked a little more shower pressure but the toiletries were excellent. There was some noise from the other rooms but I know this happens in hotels. Not perfect but a solid 4.5 stars.

The rooms are completely inadequate size for the price point. Considering the bathroom condition and the sound between rooms I will never stay again. The only benefit to this location was its proximity to everything in town. Another 10$ per night will put you in something much cleaner and updated.

The hotel is nice and clean but my experience was disappointing. They told me multiple times before and at arrival that I could have a cot for my room and then told me I couldn't once I was in the room. That made the stay physically uncomfortable and awkward. No comp was offered

No fuss hotel. Very easy check in. Very minimal interaction with the workers. Coffee Machine & water stations were a god send to my husband. Rooms were small, we expected this. But they do need a little bit of upgrades. Also the hallway smelt like cigarettes.

Seriously amazing staff, Norma and Matteo were specifically helpful and extremely accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and you could change the temperature which is always nice. The prices were extremely good, especially for the amazing quality of services that you receive. There is free coffee and water on the first floor (one of those really nice espresso machines). The shower got hot really quickly and the soap was very nice. Everything just makes sense here.
