Good, newer hotel in the business park are of the shipyard. Close to the park and stadiums. Clean, comfortable hotel. Bistro bar and restaurant in the lobby was ok. Only visited for breakfast but the space is big and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast sandwich was flavorful. Portion of egg in the sandwich was small and the bun was thick and tough. Not light at all.

This was a lovely hotel right by the Navy yard. We had tickets for a show at Xfinity and we wanted to walk but last minute decided not to. But we could have. The room was beautiful. It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Not cheap AT all. But a very nice hotel

This hotel was nice and clean! Most of the Marriotts I've stayed at in the last year are modern and updated. This place was no different. Check in was fast and easy. I grabbed an espresso martini to enjoy in my room while I got ready for dinner. It was delicious! The room was on the second floor and was clean, but very cold when I arrived. I turned off the cold air, but when I tried to turn up the heat it wouldn't work. So my room was colder than I would have liked it. At night when I was trying to go to sleep, I think it was between 10-11pm, there was some really loud noise from above me, like someone walking back and forth in heels on a tile floor. It was really annoying. This went on for a while but eventually stopped. I also ate breakfast at their cafe downstairs and it was a standard breakfast of eggs, toast, bacon and instead of potatoes I did seasoned tomato's which were actually really good. One cool thing they had here (I'd never seen before) was the digital water dispenser in the lobby. It gave you options for cold, ambient, sparkling or lightly sparkling water. And there were flavor options! It felt like those digital soda machines that you find in take out burger restaurants. I would probably give this place another chance, but the noise upstairs was definitely annoying and the thermostat was not user friendly.

I'd be surprised if we didn't already review this hotel, but I was prompted to do so, so here's our review. This is the very best hotel to stay at if you are visiting Philadelphia to attend a Phillies, Flyers or World Champion Philadelphia E-A-G-L-E-S (GO BIRDS) game. The hotel is literally a short walk from all three team venues AND you'll save on parking! The hotel itself isn't fancy. It's not a J.W. Marriott or Four Seasons, but it's a great place to stay. It's clean! The staff are welcoming and accommodating and they REALLY care to make your stay a positive experience. We stay here whenever we go to a game and we've actually stayed here a time or two when just visiting the city! I can't say enough positive things about this hotel!

Overall experience 10/10 I really enjoyed this hotel. I've been to Philadelphia several times over the last 13 years but never thought to stay closer to the city as opting for the airport area was less of a hassle. This visit we elected to book here. I was lucky to get one night as Monday night was sold out due to a Yankee & Phillies game As we were checking in, we noticed 3 Philadelphia eagle players in the lobby area. We had an opportunity to speak to CJ and he was extremely personal. The other two seem to be having a meeting and we tried to avoid being star struck lol Now, this hotel was clean and it offered a sparkling & still water machine with flavor. This was a gem as it was a cost saving for me who love sparkling water. Breakfast was typical courtyard offering. I felt like lunch offered a little more. Truly book this hotel if you want to be close to south Philadelphia. It's within walking distance of the navy shipyard and the stadiums. Truly a win win!

I kinda, sorta enjoyed my stay here. I believe the hotel was just only recently built and everything indeed looks new as a result. I ended up in a room with an unfortunate view but the check-in process was efficient. The staff member who checked me in also remembered me during check out which I appreciated. I took a couple trips to the market downstairs for some overpriced snacks and treats but it was nice to at least have the option since there isn't much within walking distance. Ubers and Lyfts had an easy time picking me up at the hotel entrance and the location is close to the highway. Despite the view, my room was comfortable. The desk was a bit odd but the couch and mini fridge were nice to have. The design of the bathroom felt dated despite the hotel being new and there was no magnifying mirror to assist with applying makeup and such. I also happens to visit on a rainy weekend and umbrellas are only available for purchase in the lobby, not complimentary whatsoever. It was an efficient hotel for my trip to town (close proximity to Lincoln Financial Field) and I would stay again if needed for the same purpose.

The hotel and restaurant were very nice. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The egg white breakfasts sandwich was good. We dined there frequently as we were tired after a long day of work. We had the loaded tots which were ok. The also shared the flatbread pizza which was good. I found an amazing water dispenser tucked in the corner of the lobby by the bathrooms on the last day I was there. I wish that they would have told me about that.

We stayed here on 3/22/24 and we could see that it was maintained and clean upon arrival. The lobby smelled good and perfumed, but not in a bad way. Check in was easy with Conner, but we asked for a King room and no handicap accommodations. We got handicapped accommodation and the bathroom floor was soaked from a shower, so that was unfortunate. The room was clean, and it was decent for us to stay the night. They gave us a parking pass for our car and we used an Uber to get to our event. Easy and efficient. They have a bar but it closed at 10 so that was a disappointment when they know their guests would be coming in from events and may not and necessarily want to go right up to their room.

Nice hotel. We had a meal that was ok - nothing special but the convenience was night. It did take a long time though. Nice rooms. Nude bathroom. Great water pressure and hot water. Tv is nice and large. Great channels. No streaming hookups that I could see. Very convenient walking distance to many sports stadiums, which is why we booked here.
