I only grabbed a tea and an apple pastry, but they were both very satisfying and the service was impeccable. I plan on going back to try out more of their menu. I liked the vibe of the place and could see myself actually sitting down to eat in there in the future.

In terms of lunch spots, this wasn't my favorite. I got the salad. The base cost for just lettuce is $7, and all the toppings are a dollar more each. So by just adding 3 things you're already in the double digits cost wise. Also, when I ordered it, I asked for a chopped salad (it's an option when ordering online), and they didn't. Additionally, I got sweet potatoes in my salad. The majority of the bites I got had burnt sweet potato in it. Those spoiled the taste. During lunch time, D&B was packed, but the restaurant was spaced out enough that it didn't feel cramped. Since we ordered online, the order was done on time, so we didn't have to wait with everyone. That was great!! My one coworker swears but this place, but I don't really get the hype. I'm not sure if I ordered the wrong thing, but I was disappointed.

I purchased a Greek salad today & went to add grilled chicken when I was told that it would be an additional $7!!!!! 2 weeks ago, they increased this add-on price from $3 to $4 and now it is $7!! Needless to say, I did not add the chicken - that's ridiculous! Last time going there

This food and environment looks much better than it really is. The staff is very nice. The food just does not taste good. The soups all taste like they are right out of a can. The coffee is worse than Wawa or diner coffee. Today I decided to grab a breakfast sandwich because it seemed a simple enough item- they scooped old scrambled eggs right out of the hot breakfast trays- the eggs had hardened under a heat lamp. The toast is soggy, I think they use a panini press and not toaster. One piece of ham. I barely get breakfast, so this was a huge expensive disappointment. I think I gave them my last try.

We've been getting lunch boxes from Devon & Blakely for a few of our working lunch sessions recently. They are a big hit. While I'm not footing the bill, they are a pretty good deal as well. In the lunch box, you get a sandwich, fruit, choice of salad, and choice from 3 dessert options. The portions are sizable. The quality is on par with other local sandwich shops. And selection is wide. Thus far, I think I'd recommend the Cuban sandwich. I loved the tomato mozzarella salad, but was a bit disappointed with the Greek. I do wish there were more fruit to choose from but understand their limitations. For dessert, I always go rice crispy treat - it's huge!

This establishment should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. The prices are insanely overpriced. You will pay over $15 for a bowl of salad. You will pay $12 for a tiny bowl of crusty soup that they saved from the day before. You want a premade dried out sandwich come here and pay out the ass! The owners should seriously get over themselves! ITS CHEAPER TO GO TO DI BRUNOS, and they are so so so so much tastier I regret ever giving them my money and you shouldn't either.!!!

Totally OVERPRICED and the food is not even worth it. Paid $8.59 for bacon and egg on a bagel. Eggs were bland bacon overcooked. Crazy that NY prices are cheaper, bigger city and better food for cheaper!

Quick and decently priced takeout lunch spot, though they offer seating as well. They have a variety of sandwiches, soups, and salads - the custom salad is my go-to option. Wait time: they get pretty busy during weekday lunchtimes (12-1pm), but the lines move fast. They have several cashiers, and the salads get made very fast. Even with a packed store, you'd probably max be in there 10-15 minutes. Food: They have all your classic salad toppings and dressings, and they generally pack a lot of food into one container! I love how much protein they usually put in your container - probably the best bang for your buck if you want a lot of chicken in your salad! Granted, it's not amazingly tender and juicy chicken (sometimes a bit dry), but a good amount of protein nonetheless. Worthwhile noting: the topping to salad ratio seems off - my salad bowl is maybe 75% protein, cheese, or other toppings, 25% green vegetable base (your spinach, romaine.etc). It's essentially a protein bowl. The entire bowl even FEELS heavy. One caveat: Beware of ordering the red onions in your salad.. They're not chopped up very finely, they put A LOT of onion in there, and will often overpower the salad / leave onion tastes in your mouth for the rest of the day. No joke. Overall: 4/5 - really easy process of ordering the salad, and I'm happy with the amount of protein. I've had salads that taste fresher, but I'll definitely keep going back.

I am giving this restaurant 2/5 stars. The only reason it is not receiving 1 star is because their customer service is really great. I ordered using the Ritual app. I have never been there before, and my co-workers all talk about it, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered a "Build Your Own Sandwich". I got a blueberry bagel, turkey, cheddar cheese, and also ordered a chocolate chip cookie. When I arrived, there's two stations (one where you order the food, the other where you pay). I went to the food station first. When I told her I was there to pick up my order, she was slightly confused, but asked her co-worker, who politely told me that I needed to go into the other station where you pay. (Both were very nice). I get in line, and tell the cashier I am picking up my order. She was also very nice and told me that they ran out of chocolate chip cookies, and asked if I would prefer the Raisin or the Sugar cookie. I DESPISE raisins, so I requested the sugar cookie. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! :) NOW, let's get into the actual food portion of this review (and WHY I am giving it two stars). Online, I did not have an option to specify if I wanted my bagel toasted or untoasted. Typically, I do not like my bagels toasted. My bagel was crispy, yet my turkey and cheese was cold. And it was a slab of cheese, not even melted onto the bagel which is what I would have expected. The blueberry bagel had a slight taste of onion. Maybe it was sitting next to onion bagels? I like onion, so it didn't bother me that much, but it was not a flavor I was expecting. As for the sugar cookie, it was a big portion (large cookie) so that was nice. I literally only took two bites and realized that the cookie tastes BURNT. I put the rest away and will probably give it to my fiance when I see him tonight. All in all, there was great customer service, but the fact that it is so busy in there confuses me when the food tastes like this. Everyone says it's good food, so perhaps I just need to try a different product. But it will take me a while before I come back here.
