WTH? A proud Brooklynite ordering pizza from -- dare I say -- Domino's?! There's method to my madness. Out all day, I don't feel like cooking AND the pizza place I like is closed on Sunday. Local independent places we tried are mediocre and expensive. Between you and me, my husband from rural Georgia doesn't know the difference between excellent pizza and just-okay pizza. Since I'm not all that hungry and I had lowered expectations anyway, I figured we'd save money with Dominos. It was worth a shot. And I was right! T thought the pizza was great. I thought it was better than "eh" AND we saved a few dollars! If you're not a pizza connoisseur or you don't particularly care what you get, Dominos may be good enough. Ordered on line, picked it up fifteen minutes later. Easy. After all, not every meal has to be five stars.

Ordered on app on a Monday night, waited almost 3 hours and delivery never came. I called several times and they were unable to help me. Money down the drain -- I wish they had just cancelled my order in the first place. Definitely never ordering from here again...

Service is terrible. Every time I order from the app or just call them, the delivery takes 2 WHOLE hours. When I call the people to ask about it, they are rude and the worker was dismissive. Pizza comes cold. I love dominos but this is a terrible location, not ordering from here ever again.

I order a pizza and desert. It was never delivered to me. When I called the store the manager was very RUDE on the phone, and hung up the phone on me. I never got my food even though it was already paid for with a credit card. When I called the complaint line to their company. A woman named Lisa answered and instead of giving me the complaint phone,she also got mad at me and went into a diatribe because I didn't want to give out my personal info to receive some kind of 100.00 spending card that I truly wasn't interested in. She got mad and began telling me what she went through with customers who also must've not been interested in her 100.00 give away and probably just wanted the phone number to complain too. The rude behavior was from the current manager working Aug 1st, 2025 at the Dominoes located in Bala Cynwyd 215-488-5555. And the female named Lisa that was trying to get information including my credit card instead of giving me the corporate number to complain is located at phone number 734-930-3030. All this is with Domino's Pizza who I will be reporting to my credit card as fraud. I never received any of the food I ordered and paid for over the phone. Both individuals were very very rude and even condescending. I will never ever place an order with Dominoes Pizza ever again. And I will make the point, ever chance I get to spread the word, how horrible they are as a company. I will tell anyone not to order their food from them and if you do don't pay ahead over the phone. Their workers even their managers are nothing but rude callous thieves full of deception. This includes the deceptive drivers as well.. I didn't know how bad their service was until this happened to me and afterwards found complaints about them from reddit customers.. Domino's sucks!!!!!!!!!!! this is the worst dominos pizza location ever. I have ordered through the app multiple times and my pizza delivery takes 2+ hours every time. When I called the place to ask about the order, the workers are rude, disrespectful, and quick to end the phone call. Never ordering from here again

I've been waiting in months of anticipation for this Domino's Pizza, which is in the former Rosenberg's Judaica and I finally decided to place a carry-out order online! I went with a small regular pizza and a molten lava cake! I was greeted by a large row of delivery trucks on the side of the store. Later, I walked up to the front of the store to see a variety of signs and banners advertising the stores new opening! I than walked in to see a giant monitor with all orders including mine! The inside of the store also ad a TV, a view of the entire kitchen and seating options! The cashier than came up to me and kindly checked in with me on my order! Throughout the entire transaction, the cashier was very nice and had a nice little discussion with me! Once I got home, I actually had the food I got at Domino's and it was surprisingly solid. The piece had a perfect ratio of cheese to sauce and the crust was solid. I especially liked how the crust was nicely seasoned! The molten lava cake was also really good. The outside was nice and crispy, but the inside was warm and gooey! Altogether, I really enjoyed my experience at this Domino's Pizza and plan to return!

Delivery was late. The chicken parm sandwich tasted like a frozen microwave sandwich, and the sauce tasted like ketchup. The loaded Tots were a total letdown... they were soggy and looked like someone vomited them out. So it's a corporate business, so I ask myself, are all the dominos this bad, or is it just this one?!

Should be a 0 star. So, I wait for two hours for my order to be delivered. It's a pizza and bread bites. Finally when they're on the way they cannot find my apartment where if you just plugged it into the gps it brings you to the correct location. Then when she gets here she's got a dozen orders in the car and she gives me the pizza and bread bites, except they're not pizza and bread bites, they're completely raw dough and garbage wings. Not even edible. Never, under zero circumstances, ever, go to this dominos ever! Update: I tried to call at least five times and every time I get put on hold for four minutes and then after four minutes you'd think ok, I'll get through to them, but no, it just ends the call and I can't get through to them. They robbed me of 26 bucks and this place deserves to rot in hell. Update: This dominos has robbed me of any joy in my life and the owners should be in prison

I ordered a medium pizza for delivery during the Coronavirus stay at home order. I live close to the franchise and was given a 30-40 minute delivery window. Twenty-five minutes after I placed my order, the Dominos app indicated that my pizza had been delivered...lies! I called the franchise to inquire and the rude gentleman who answered the phone said that it was an error in the app and that it would be delivered within five minutes. Then, I received a text from Domino's that my pizza was two minutes away, then another text that read "Get ready! TIEMOKOISMAEL is pulling up now. ". Twenty minutes later, still no pizza!! I call again and the rude man put me on hold for five minutes. Then, he asked me if I input the correct town because Tiemokoismael brought my pizza back to the restaurant and said there was no such address. I replied that the same delivery man brought a pizza last week and that I was using the same pizza profile as always. He said that the driver was on his way to deliver the now one hour old pizza. YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING!!! I don't want an old pizza that was now probably covered in spit. I asked for a refund and was told that Dominos would cancel the sale...I reiterated that I needed a refund and he shouted "YES" and hung up. Never again. Avoid this place like the plague because there are literally two other pizza shops less than a block from this franchise.
