Their selection of cars were extremely limited. Actually, there were only 6 cars in the lot and by the time my wife and I left, it was 5 cars because someone picked up one of the trucks... then after my wife got the smallest car and bad car btw, because if you ask me, the steering was flimsy. She wanted the smallest car. Then we left 4 cars there. Customer service was good. It's the selection of cars that's bad!

Service, if there are more than two or three customers, tends to be chaotic and inefficient, a little amateurish, although reasonably friendly. The clientele--the people who come banging through the front door (consider fixing the door so that it opens and closes easily)--can be boorish and uncivilized. I have at times felt uncomfortable around them. The interior looks unfinished, and has a threadbare feel. I feel like a few tweaks--I don't know: fresh paint? a few pieces of new furniture?--could make the place a little less uninviting. The location is unfortunate, there on Chelten just off Wayne, steeped in the exhaust fumes of fast-food franchises and with everything around rather depressing, but that's not Enterprise's fault.

Zack and the rest of the team are consummate professionals. Everything works effortlessly and as the saying goes....they'll pick you up. I wouldn't rent a car from anywhere else in Philly.

they didn't have a car to meet my cover. so I need to get a different car. and on top of that once they got a car for me it took almost an 1 to get it ready. I drop my car back off and asked if they do drop off to pick my car up from the shop. they told me if I take the car to the Kensington rental car place. They could drop me off, I was already at this location.This is just Not good customer service businesses .

Being in professional corporate management and seeing how Harrah who is the manager for this small rental car location. She displayed the worst possible customer service and etiquette I've seen in along time. She was so flustered and confused. Rude. Constantly turned her nose up at us as well as other paying patrons. If the job is too hard for her to handle then honestly she needs to reconsider her profession. As for Enterprise, they need to place her into CE courses on management. Or demote her to an counter agent. She did not seem aware of what was going on at her location. Calling car dealers complaining about drop offs and sticking her finger up at waiting patrons. Her time management sucks! Her staff are poorly trained and misinform patrons of rental policies. My family and I have decided to take our money elsewhere where is the paying customers are appreciated. Shame on you Enterprise to have such poor representation of your company!

enterprise left me stranded when their car was unreliable. The customer service was nice.....but it was a I'm sorry but not my problem type of situation. I was hit my somebody in a garage so I was given a rental car and I get off work and the car just wont start. My husband is deployed in afghanistan so he cant come help me so I think oh ill just call enterprise....NOPE they told me I could pay for somebody to come look at it....why would I pay for YOUR car not working....horrible service. I'm not blaming the mt airy branch I'm blaming enterprise as an entire company.

This location is my go-to for my business rentals. Every time, the staff is friendly, helpful and professional. They get so busy too, and still manage to be extremely helpful to each person that walks in. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

This is my go-to-office for renting a car near my home. They are always friendly, speedy, and concerned about my experience which has been consistently great for the last 10+ years, or however long they have been at this location. The only reason I gave them a 4 not a 5 is because the office itself is a little untidy and does not look as welcoming as the staff actually is.
